Who do you mean by "they"?

I don't know....whoever considers her to be dead to them. The other heroes, the people she betrayed....I don't know the story of betrayl.

And yes, that is her at the bottom of the sea, but everyone seemed at one point to think the betrayer is in the tomb....so can she be both places?

Perhaps the thing in the tomb is what will remove the orb?

the dark faerie doesn't have very much to do with the tomb, other than they are both a little grim. o_O

But think about it...I think it does. Here is my thinking:
1) The tomb is called a Restive tomb. We have discovered that restive does not mean 'laid to rest', but means restraining.
2) The baracade is on the outside of the doors, not the inside.
3) The definition of tomb is A grave, burial vault or a monument. Monument? And when they say dead, they could mean that the betrayer, the dark faerie, is dead to them.

They could use the restraining building as a monument to the darkness held inside, and a reminder that the faerie must remain dead to them.
I think it makes sense that she's the tomb.

Ouch, you got me... haha, good point. :)

we allready know where the darkest faerie is, guys...

Yeah but wouldn't go ditching that idea straight away - what if that's not the real DF? Maybe she escaped and put up some fake? It's not completely impossible...

EDIT: Not the tomb idea, but just maybe that not being her in general.

I still think the tomb ideas is likely. I think her returning has something to do with whatever's in there!

Indeed it was. Sorry, I just got up, but I just checked and I have a neomail back from snarkie confirming the pages were fake. They've been dealt with. ;)

Like I said, if TNT does use userlookups/petpages in a plot, they're never "newbie" accounts -- they're made to look more real and established.

Ok hi I been here to check all the theories you got but I don't understand how to map... my stars ...I cannot find the sleepers' constellation... and yes I did all the steps but still nothing.
I don't understand sorry guys

I was wondering if you could help. I did go to the tomb and I know I have to map but I don't find the constellation but after that I don't understand. Sorry!

The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is a commemorative tomb that lots of countries use to symbolize the soldiers that died in their wars. The U.S. has one, I know, in Washington Square... Wikipedia probably has an article on it.

sn00t wrote:Maybe a note should be added to the first post mentioning that your star coordinates will change after going through the motions required to find the first constellation (ie, talking to the lenny, etc.)

That point wasn't clear to me, and I spent about an hour futzing around with my original coordinates before I realized I needed to get the *new* coordinates to dump into the (rather glorious) star mapper. Once I did, all became clear.

SNak Edit: Done

I was also thinking, it might be a little more beneficial if the Mods switch the information about the telescope (under "We See the Light") to the bottom of the post.

We keep telling people new to the plot to follow the instructions of the first post. Most people would logically follow the post from top to bottom, hence the reason most of those people run into the star map problem - because the information about how to get the map comes before the information on how to find the Sleeper constellation.

If the Mods would be good enough to move the telescope information slightly down the page (under the constellations, perhaps) then this should, hopefully, avoid those problems.

Edit:
And in regards to the Tomb, why does it necessarily have to contain anything? We know that the DF was once trapped in a statue an the bottom of the sea (in the Ruins of Maraqua) and now, if I've followed this correctly, she's once again trapped in a statue, but this time in a fountain in Faerieland (presumably somewhere in the City in sight of Fyora's Tower).

I doubt that she's managed to get herself in two different places, and as such, perhaps the Tomb is merely symbolic. It represents the contained darkness, but does not necessarily contain anything.
