Just like the sky won’t load, the get_star_data thingy doesn’t seem to be working for me either. T_T I’m just destined to fail at this plot, aren’t I?

Don't worry. It takes ages. I think it's because since it was discovered earlier, everyone's lurked on Forums and then posted it on the Neoboards, and you know the rest of the story.

I have 11 purple stars, but for me the ones that really stuck out through the telescope were the red stars.

I was actually the first to post it there.

Okay. did some very unuseful stuff again.
I put the both maps I got from the mapmaker and found out that 20 stars were in same places.
4 of them were located in corners. (-590,-590|-590,590|590,-590|590,590 which everyone has in their maps.)
So that makes 16 same stars. (I think some of them have different coordinates as they weren't exactly same, but I anyways. like that would matter.)

OK, my star map is definitely different than the one from the skymap maker now. And I can't get the get_star_data page on Neo to even open. Maybe we weren't supposed to find/use that page?

I took a ss of 340,340 on my current stars, layered it on the whole star map and nothing lines up at all.

The red ones did stick out for everyone but i have 3 purple ones and i would like to say dont think about having a small group of stars to be your constialon it could be across screen

I finnaly got the star_data page to open...Actual sky still hasn't loaded. *sighs* At least I have it mapped, which is kind of sad if you think about it. xD

Wowzers no one still has gotten ONE constelation? Yup I think that this is a ruse...Or again there is something else we need that hasnt been released yet. I find it hard with all the folks on here and neopets that no one has gotten even one constellation. Its just like the avies, one gets released, everyone runs off hunting for it, then the next day in the editorial it says. "OH sorry we didnt actualy release it yet we apologize."LOL Etc.. I just find it hard to believe out of all the folks (smart ones at that) hunting that no one has yet even with all the wonderful gadgetry and scripting hasnt gotten one constellation.

I am thinking that (assuming its not a vicious prank.) you will go around adding stars, then when you add a star if it belongs to a constelation I think it will say "one or more of the stars match a constelation" or somethin like that.. Otherwise why have a add star button? Then once you find one star that matches you just have to play the match the stars game tell ya get six, then connect em or somethin..I dunno I still am gonna assume its one big april fools joke.lol Ive seen them do some doozies before.

OK, I've got a map now. I put little X next to the purple stars. Those are the ones we're trying to match, right?

My statue is Siyana, there's 9 stars. I have 9 purple stars - but I don't see a correlation between the TCG/gems/star map. And that's taking into account the stars probably won't be so straightforward and together.

The constellations are moving?! No way, none of us (or very few) will be able to get this done -- if, in fact we're supposed to be looking for our statue constellation.

You say your statue is Siyana???? How did you deduce that one???? And how did it come about that we seem to now that we use the purple stars?

Ok, has anyone gotten a successful constellation? If not, then maybe there's something we have to do before we string stars together.

There's the gems above the statues. Maybe there's something we have to do with them before we can find out the contellations.

There may even be a book that we have to find and read in order to learn about the constellations.

I'm trying to think of this as someone living through the plot. I know about the constellations, but how would someone in the plot learn about them? Since we haven't had anything official (the cards don't count) with the constellations, those are just stars in the sky.

There's something we're missing, and we're missing it while looking skyward...

Oh, and Darkfire, thank you so much for your hard work and for this wonderful tool!

On neoboards someone said they got and she said some else got too, but couldn't tell names of those. (suspicious.)
She said she just connected them and just as she clicked the last star there was a fanfare. (So she didn't even click submit.)
Sounds weird to me, but well. It's possible.
She also said, that she found all the gems in her map and then connected her constellation.
So it seems that we should look for all the gems. :/
She also said that the others who had gotten the fanfare had many different sized constellations, so we don't even know how big they are.

Again someone told someone had gotten.
I heard that a hallway should open behind the thief. (no confirmation.)

I have a feeling this is like the LDP where we had to go and find the parchments except here we find coordinates? It seems highly unlikely that everyone will find the right constellation without some type of guidance. Then again, there isn't really any clue given to us that leads us in the direction of any coordinates XP

I'm sorry if this is not posted in the right place... but I can no longer get to Altador. Once I click on Queen Fyora's window (portal to Altador), I only get the writing but my city has vanished.

I've cleared my browser cache, deleted files through Internet Options, restarted my computer - even tried Internet Explorer... can't seem to get back to my Altador.

Got my telescope... but can't get anywhere to use it. Any ideas, anyone?

I don't understand the comments here that the telescope maps are changing. If they are then they must be very subtle changes not affecting all the stars as I've been checking parts of mine now for over 15 hours and I still can't detect any change at all, it still looks identical to when I started.

I only have 3 purple stars also, I was getting a tad worried.
I have 276 coordinates all up - tell me you have 13 reds.. we may have discovered the first similar map!
