I edited my message. I actually meant colors that could be selected, since there are some stars which show up but cannot be accessed.

That would likely be the star color.

the 3rd number in the cordinates is the color. 1-6 equals the six colors. On mine color 5 and 6 have only seven stars. I guess we can match the color to the numbers

Well! I have finally completed my sky. It took me a little longer because I took the time to remove the red lines. But here it is:

This is the third one posted, I believe? And since all three are different, we can verify officially they are all different, along with the seperate coordinates given by the page.

Also, I want to be logical here. I am not sure if the colors could actually mean anything. I think we need to find certain constellations and that, if the maps are different for everyone, then the colours would theoretically be different as well.

http://www.neopets.com/~evilpet12#htmc ~ Has a little guide on how to map your stars, and below it shows TCG laid over the ceiling gems and how they match up as constellations. That will probably help alot of us in what constellations we could possibly be searching for.

but I've been looking at the coordinates on the list given on that cache link, and some of the coordinates go up to 500, when our current maps only go to 340 in each direction. Does that mean we have to upgrade our telescopes for one with a wider range?

1 white [smallest]
2 yellow
3 blue
4 red
5 purple
6 white [bigger]

So there are two kinds of white stars: very tiny ones and medium size ones. They have different star codes on the coordinates.

holy shikes i have alot of stars and thank you for this link it will be easier to mape it on graph paper as i have lots of that

Actually, the coordinates that are shown in the box are for the intersection of the red lines. I have values from about +/- 530 in each direction. There are, however, coordinates in the text file that don't exist on my star map...
