I think anything is possible as of right now. I do belive that when they do draw the other side of neopia that altador WILL in fact be placed very close to maraqua. But then why would hte port be placed in fairyland. Out of all places? What was tnt thinking. xD

Doubt it's that they got lazy. I mean, the quiggle was different every time, so it would hardly be easier to have them all be blue quiggles than to have them all be different. Which brings us to the question of does it really mean anything or did TNT just do it to confuse us? I guess its not much use trying to guess now without knowing much about anything. It'll all become clear later on. You know, I don't think I've ever wanted the weekend to end as much as I do now. Not that I really want to go back to school, but I want to know what happens with the plot. Arrg, just like TNT to start up a plot and then leave for the weekend.

Did you see that some of the heros are wearing sashes like the clubs!Kelland, the Thief has a Alchemy Club sash and Florin, the Farmer has a Herbalism Club sash!

Right now I am looking at the Hall of Heros close up.I am trying to see what that tile on the wall is.

alright, i've read the fisrt post but am slightly confused. for the oil and rag, it actually ON the statue somewhere and i have to find it, or when i click on the statue from the hall of heros, it will say, "oh look, you found some oil and a rag, i wonder what it could be used for?"

EDIT-Nevermind, I found it, i accidently skipped one of the statues by mistake.

Hi, I was just theorizing that maybe the 12 constellations of Neopia can be compared to our 12 constellations? Or maybe even the zodiac signs themselves? Like how they're grouped into elements: water, air, fire and earth. Just a thought. :)

what do you mean? i get the zodiac stuff, but the elements?

Mon Mar 20, 2006 1:13 am

There's 4 for each element. Maybe each person could be grouped into an element. The Farmer could be an earth, The Dreamer an air. Its a stretch, I know. :)

Actually three per element, plus you forgot metal which could be the Darkest One and the king.

Actually, in the Western Zodiac, there are only 4 elements. Metal is only found in the Chinese Zodiac, with Air being replaced by Wood.

Anyway, my biggest problem with the Zodiac idea is that there are actually 6 elements in Neopia - those represented by the Uber-Faeries: Fire, Earth, Air, Water, Dark and Light.

Altador Plot Split #4

well i was gonna mention about the light in the main map of altador how when it come off the sun each points to a clue except one only points to a store ( dare i say the marks of the suns are on half the items)

Thats right, 3  There's no metal though. It goes:

Water: Scorpio, Cancer, Pisces
Air: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
Fire: Sagittarius, Leo, Aries
Earth: Virgo, Capricorn, Taurus

I believe that Aquarius would fit better under water - since they are the water beares :)

Going like this:
Light - King, Protector, First Riser
Dark - DF, Thief
Earth - Flora, Collector, Fauna?
Air - Psellia, Dancer
Fire - Gladiator
Water - Wave

Which brings back your concern of representation. Another idea bites the dust as this Dao slinks back away.

True, but Aquarius is an Air sign. I mean, if you look at it that way, then Capricorn could also be a water sign as it half fish.

Anyway, while we're on the topic of constellations, I was thinking about the game Baten Kaitos and the star map that appears in the game. I think it'd be cool if our actions in the plot caused certain gems above each of the statues to light up in the form of the constellations. Then, perhaps, once the 12 are restored, a protective spell could be cast over all of Altador and it could then return to the world on the other side of Neopia.

I dunno. Extremely out there idea. No basis in fact whatsoever.
