The overlaid gems look like a maze. Maybe it's a map of the building or maybe it's nothing.

The only way I find the word eternity being used incorrectly is that eternity has no beginning. The "eternity" Fyora was talking about was SUPPOSED to have no end. However, something happened that caused it to have an end.

Yes, i agree. The eternity thing is getting blown out of proportion. It was just put there to add drama and maybe to make us think twice about everything. It is most probably not relevent to the plot.

I don't really understand what the whole flash art thing, but if you look closely at the picture of Altador, you'll see some water along the building's border. Also, the buildings that are missing and put in a different location in today's Altador doesn't look like a "re-make" or whatever - it looks like a piece of the land that was broken off because you can see one of the lands is an island...

I was bored, so I played connect-the-dots with the gems and the statues. Most of them have at least one star left over, I think that's they way it is with abstract things like constellations.

I know I posted this theory earlier but it was broken up. Please tell me your comments and the problems you can find with my theory.

I think that the statues are all the heroes’ bodies and the constellations are their souls. The same for the Darkest Fearie except her soul is probably in the orb. If you look closely at the picture of the card on page 8, you can see it seems like the orb is sucking something out of the Darkest Faerie and into itself. Also, if you look at Fyora, you can see that she's not looking at the Darkest Faerie but, instead, at the orb. Maybe there is something more important inside the orb. Maybe, like I said, its the spirit. This is probably how they saved Altador. Not by killing the Darkest Faerie but by capturing her and trapping her for what they thought would be eternity.

The statues look very life like and someone said that the cracks on them seem to be getting bigger. The bodies might be coming back to life and the light from the roof has something to do with it. This would explain their obsession with the sun. It could have been prophesied that once the sunroof was opened and the rays of sun touched the statues, Altadors heroes would return. Or they may make us find the missing telescope and use it to locate each hero’s constellation. Then, once found, the spirit will probably enter through the sun roof and return to it's body. That could be the importance of the sunroof being opened. Not only can the rain enter, as the janitor said, but also the spirits can enter.

Jerdana could be the reason all this is happening. If the protector wanted to reserve all the heroes until they are needed. Then she would be protecting the heroes from death and ageing so that they could protect Altador in its time of need. (She can be protector of the heroes, protector of Altador, or protector of something we don’t know about yet.)

I think the Darkest Faerie will be awakened somehow and all of the twelve heroes will return one at a time, one month at a time. And maybe the month theory (the twelve have been assigned to the twelve months depending on what they are known for and what their month is known for) will not only tell us who will come back each month but what major event will happen each month.

At the moment this is my best theory although it does not have much of a basis.

It's hard to tell whether those are suns or not because they don't match the style of the other suns. They might just be her magic.

Has anyone looked to see if these match the gems even remotely? Seems to me that there are more gems than stars in the constellations, though.

Anyone else getting bored of this? For the Nth time - the statues CANNOT be the heroes themselves as the DF is at the bottom of the sea and the neopedia states that the city is still ruled by them.

Second, the cracks ARE NOT GROWING. If you look at them for much longer you may see blue swans in the background, but the cracks will remain the same. They are old, enough said.


On another point, some have said that 11 of the heroes are alive while others have said only 10 do - I say the latter because if Jerdana IS still around, why was it left to Fyora to use her orb?

How many stars do real life constellations usually have? Somehow I don't think it's more than maybe 10 at most on average... We're seeing an average of 20 dots... I think it's too many and thus doesn't really represent star constellations.

However, I wouldn't be surprised if the dots are later supposed to be overlayed on another image of some sort...

One interesting idea would be a large maze of doors for each heroe. Most doors would be fake, but overlay the dots on the maze, and the doors under dots would be real... Wow I feel creative!

That sounds like something they might try.

I think the next part probably isn't active yet. I'm really excited about this plot so far. Looks like another one that was well-thought-out.

EDIT:I just thought of something.What if the stars in that place always change to different patterns but the pattern was always one of the gem patterns so then the next bit of plot was all about them?

Well according to a TCG card Jerdana is imprisoned so I'm sure that she'll stick around for that
