Yes, Feenstadt is Faerie City, if you look at the header for faerie city. But I checked there, and there's no link.

I think it might be that it says there's a portal in faerie city to Altador.

I'm hoping some of those new weapons will be freezers or healers, because we're desperately in need of some more (healers, especially). They look pretty cool... but they're probably all just six-iconers, as usual.

I wanna know what that means....

I don't either. But it seems they're trying to say they'll keep us informed on what's happening in Altador. So obviously this is leading up to the plot.
