Pink Poogle Toy Forum

Does anyone have any HTML/CSS Tutorials... petpages or otherwise. I'm interesting in learning... if not for neopets, then just for my own knowledge. I know basic html right now, but am still overwhelmed by frames, and so a lot of css is just greek to me. sorry i sound like such a newbie about coding... but yeah, any recommendations would be great!

Neopets actually has a pretty good HTML tutorial. It's where I learned a lot of what I know about HTML.
