Uh. It does restock, silly. Tons of Battle Biscuits are out and released, check IDB for their damage. Most are like battle muffins, they are one use and do a fair amount of damage. The jam filled one is r99 and might be multi-use though.

I could find none in trading post, auctions, shops or galleries. Neoitems.net says it's active; but I think apranum is right about chocolate battle biscuit not restocking. The others are stocking; but they all have a price.

If it shows up in the search box AND the wiz, then it at least exists somewhere. Chances are good that there are at least a few out there.

err no, bitten green apple have a "normal" price, they rs-ed, they're 0 only at half price day, while the items that are set to 0 are not rs-able

If it weighs 400 lbs, and you feed it to your skeith or grarrl, I wonder if it will take 400 times as long to digest... (regular foods weighing more than 1 lbs take longer to digest, and that's a fact).
