Everyone seems to be complaining about their source of income but let me say this without the WC, gamers will be making next to nothing.
Compared to the 1337 restockers/resellers/traders, even with the WC, gamers make next to nothing. We who, for whatever reason -- be it a slow connection, slow reflexes (for typing in those numbers and clicking fast), not really knowing what to rs (you know many people lose alot unless they're rs'ing new and ub and selling the new stuff quick), or who are just not well known -- those people could sell ice to an eskimo -- DO depend on games for the bulk of our np income.
The WC maps we EARN by playing over and over to get all the pieces and then try to sell for a decent price are one of the few ways for us to make more np. It's not like we get another 1k or anything for winning a piece, it's usually just a few hundred extra np along with the piece.
So this only being able to earn 3 pieces a day, the pieces being completely random, showing up in our inventory (where they could be stolen by a bad RE quicker than we can move them), ending up with 2 or 3 of the same piece and trying to trade for the ones we need or selling, then having to pay more for a harder to get piece just discourages the gamers in general and those of us who are only good at a few games and enter the WC in those games in particular.
If it's this hard to complete a WC1, how many people are going to go through converting it, then going through the pulling teeth method of getting pieces for WC2, then having to go through it all AGAIN for WC3 so we can start over with 1.
These changes will not stop hoarding or cheating. If anything, it's going to make it harder for us honest players to get a full map. The team thing explanation I never even knew about before. I have seen people cheating using multiple accounts and yes, I do report them for cheating. But why should the rest of us have to suffer because a few people don't want to play fair?
