2 years ago I got my husband a bunch of screwdrivers that had red handles, and I tied them together like a boquet of flowers. :P

Ugh, it's terrible, isn't it! I can never think of romantic presents for boys, so I usually stick to something similar to what I'd buy them as a birthday present - something useful or silly. Here are a couple of things I've gotten in the past:

Jewlery - You'd need the right kind of boy for this to work, I guess. And the right kind of jewlery! Bracelets and necklaces can go down well, though.

A random toy/soft toy/plushie - or maybe an action figure? (Star Wars or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, if he might like that kinda thing. I know I would!).

A model car - most boys I know love cars, and if you can find a model of their favourite or dream car, they'll happily roll it around and admire it on a shelf ;)

Ahaha, upon the subject of valentines day, our school lets the year 12's (thats the last year of highschool in aus) organise the roses and SINGING TELEGRAMS.

Its going to be so fun, singing stuff like Sex Bomb to the other kids! haha

But for a guy, anything normal presnt passed off as valentines is fine i'd reckon :P I dont think many guys think of valentines as having special presents for guys, just like the way you do, so they wouldn't be dissapointed in the way you might if you didn't get any flowers.

Awww...happy birthday HBB. :P

I really don't know. Well, when in doubt, conversation hearts work for everything. Unless you want them to say "You're hot". Can you believe there aren't any hearts in this bag of Sweethearts next to my monitor that say "You're hot"? :o

Chocolate. Chocolate. Chocolate.

If they're athletic, buy them a product from Under Armour.

If they're nerdy, buy a DVD or game.

Yeah, because theres nothing like a DVD that says "i love you with all my heart" to a Nerd or Geek is there. ¬_¬

Get some imagination, make them somthing, I would absolutely love a nice little poem, or bracelet or somthing.

Me too. I'd much rather that than a bunch of flowers that are just going to die or some sort of jewellery that I'm never going to wear.

I'm never much good at picking presents, I usually find the people I buy for already have the stuff they really want. Anyways, if you know the guy really well you should know what sort of stuff they're into, go with that, its the easiest idea and its the best way to ensure they get something they'll at least like/use to some extent.

Alternatively you could always just ask them what they want :P

Hey! I really liek your text effect! How did you do it?

Girls get it way easier for guys. Guys have to shower them with gifts, jeweleryy, gold, roses... while girls get away with making a mix tape. ARGH!!!!

Hold onto your seats people... the SL is back.

Do you have any idea how happy (most) girls would be if you mixed them a C.D. of songs that remind you of her? Or of romantic songs, songs you've danced to together, etc...
