Yes. I'm afraid you can only get it on Valentine's Day though, as that's the entire reason why the prices have been up and down the closer it gets.

Just to know, I'm European, I'm not sure when it will come across. I would send it, as soon as I see the valentine day news (to be sure it is valentine day on Neopets.. I'm all confused by the time zones..) I would punch myself if I send it on the wrong day.

I'm not sure, we both need to open it to get the theme/avatar? I'm not sure if it would be a problem if I send it to someone in the US, f.e... due to time zones.

I'm sure I'm complicating things again.

And is it the 'give to' you have to do?

Regarding timezones - The new Neopian day starts at 12.00am NST - so it doesn't matter what timezone you are in.

All games/events etc are related to Neopian Standard Time.

That is why we have a clock on Neopets - it stops (should stop) all the confusion.
