I haven't clicked on the website but am wondering if other people have got this too?!

I would be highly suspicious of going there. In fact I can tell you I definitely wouldn't go. Sounds like a scam or cheat site. What I would do is report the neomail and block that person from being able to contact you.

it is spam the sent me that once they regester once you go on the site with out you knowing

You can't "register without knowing". It's impossible.

I'd say spam, though you can't be too careful. I'd personally just ignore it
