How can a 7 month old user have points from the Tyrannian War?

Simple, there's a tyrannian random event where Graarg gives you war points. It's incredibly rare though, and it does nothing. I got one point on my multi through that event. That particular must have just been lucky or must refresh in Tyrannia a lot
