You have received an official warning from the Neopets Team for violating the Neopets Terms and Conditions. Do not discuss political or religious views of any kind on NeoPets. Please read our Terms and Conditions for specifics: http://www.neopets.com/terms.phtml If you continue to break the rules, your account will be permanently frozen. To see a list of Neo Rules, please visit http://www.neopets.com/chatrules.phtml. Please do not reply to this NeoMessage.

I would suggest writing them and asking what specifically they gave you the warning for. It couldn't hurt; just be polite but direct.

I agree... often times we use political and religious stuff without realizing it. Or maybe they did make a mistake. Either way, I suggest being calm if you do write them ^_^

I've gotten the notice before too, but it's for a different reason. Something about do not bump your Neoboard post to the top. Never did that, so what form should I use if I want to write to them about it. 'Cause I have a few questions to ask...

Haven't received notices yet, but it's happened - on more than one occasion - that I have to edit a post about 5-6 times before the 'inappropriate language' is gone. Mostly it's just taking a guess, removing a word here, editing something there... And after some tries it gets through the filter - with me still not having a clue what was wrong with it in the first place.

I would think ...

General

Account inquiries, error messages, items and neopoints, working for Neopets, Money Tree, and other similar activities.

OR

Neomail Inquiries

They could easily stop this confusion by including what you actually wrote in the Neoboards/Neomail/Guild/etc.

Which makes it even easier to include what you've been warned for. ;) But I still believe that they don't have automation with freezes and warnings. Maybe with certain filters to automatically alert a monitor, but not an auto freeze/warn/suspend button.

That would be fabulous! To not have to contact support and see if you get a response on exactly what you typed that threw out a red flag, was misinterpreted or you said something you shouldn't have.

I know with the warning I got (only 1), I did write in and ask. I never did get a reply. And I'd love for there to be a way to have an erroneous warning removed from your account. I was warned for typing the word ebay on my guild message board - this was during the first McDonald's promo and I was looking for an aisha plushie that I couldn't find anywhere around here. Neo was also doing the charity auctions for the Ronald McDonald House -- on ebay at the time. Anyway, I was complaining about the warning here, Adam was here and said that I should not have gotten that warning.

As to how many warnings before you're frozen? People have said 3, but I don't know. I think it depends on what you're warned for as well as how many times you're warned. If you do something bad enough, you won't get a warning - you'll just get iced.
