So players with older computers 'are too weak to play, and shall be eliminated shortly'?

It's a very sloth-like statement.
Of course payout is rubbish - it's one of those games where even breathing gets you 200 points. I happen to like that the payout scale is difficult...it, too, is very sloth-like.

Payout scale is not bad, played a 1k game first time out. I think this rates as one of my favorite neopets games. There's others I can 1k easily enough, but this one is (for me anyway) the most fun. But this is coming from a guy who's first stop at the arcade is galaga:P

Blah. I got 4.3 billion points, and when I try to send it, it says "sorry, our servers are currently experiencing problems"
Anyone else getting this?
Edit: Nevermind, its working for me now. Now to figure out, how 6 billion points translates into a high score of 1.9 billion

I'm a little mad now. I scored 22 billion, but my high score still says 1.9 billion.

OMG. I like this game but it keeps making my Firefox crash. I even tried it on IE and it didnt work. I keep getting the "Firefox has experienced a problem and must shut down" message. GAHHHH! This doesn't mean my computer is too slow does it? I mean its only 2 years old and I have cable.

I get exactly the same thing. I also get this with Hannah and the Pirates Caves... Not fun at all

The scoring on this game is exponential. You'll either get a million points or billions, depending on how many asteroids you destroy. To get a lot of points, destroy every asteroid you see, then get as many multipliers as you can. It sucks if you get a huge multiplier built up, then lose a life and have to start all over. I can't wait for the World Challenge to start on this

Unless I just am getting mystery points, your multiplier is applied when you lose a ship.

its either get under 50 np or get 1000np, imo
the longer you last, the much much more np you get. destroying 100 enemies using all 3 lives wont give you (barely) as many points as destroying 100 enemies with one life. just try not to die at all and it should be an easy 1000np
