I'm fairly clueless why I keep getting rejected. I remember, when I first entered, (year back then..) I had the same thing happening.

It's a .jpg, it's smaller then 17 Kb (around 15 Kb). It's the right pet/species (starry pteri, Remakel). (Heck, this contest has an eyrie in the pteri section, it beats me, why I can't enter then.)

The only thing it's not; it isn't between 150 * 150 pixels. But, I looked around at other contestants and they don't do it also. My pic was something of 250 * 200. I'm looking in the eyrie section and seeing different pics with the size of more then 200 or even more then 350 * 300.

..Bleh.. annoyed.. very annoyed.

I have gotten a neomail that my pic was rejected,



The image is there, and they didn't mail anything else. I don't know what changes they mean.

What am I doing wrong here?

I made my image smaller (near to 200 * 150).. and re-entered. But now it's so small details aren't noticeable.

The (bigger) image is also on Remakels pet page.. just to tell no profanity is in it. :/

I have been having the exact same problem. I followed all the rules and still rejected over and over. I e-mailed support on it, and they explained that there was some kind of glitch that was causing the judges to not be able to view your upload. She suggested to just keep trying it until it accepts. That week, her suggestions worked.

However, I tried uploading a new entry two weeks ago, followed all the posted rules, and still was rejected every time. I even uploaded it multiple times, changed file names, changed file sizes, changed file extentions.... nothing worked.

I entered for this coming week and no problems yet. Looks like the BC is just tempramental.

Did you hand draw your picture or did you copy it from the site and then modify it? Usually, those hand-drawn are accepted even though they look exactly like that on the site. But the ones copied and modified on computer is harder to accept, in my opinion.

I was rejected a few times even though I've modified the image so much, so I re-modify and re-enter and it was accepted. But, when I hand-draw and it looked exactly the same as on the site, the picture was not rejected. Futhermore, if you look closely at some of the entries, they barely modify it, save for adding a few clothes on. I tried adding a few myself on another picture but was rejected.

Maybe the judge needs a new pair of glasses. *sigh*
