Last year it was supposedly given as a Random Event but there have been no people getting it through REs this year that I've heard of, so I guess they changed the rules :S

I didn't get it. Didn't even know it was available until about 18 hours after I'd collected my prize from the Advent Calendar for that day. I have one sidebar, the Maraquan one and I'm happy with that, I use the plain default one anyways but I figure that if I need a change I can change between the two.
