My thoughts exactly when I saw that animation. I don't see what the point of releasing that thing is, if they've already released the Xweetok and need to (apparently) release the Lamameeah. The Ogrin (IMO) is just ugly and pointless. I wish it would have been a joke.

Not necessissarly. Looks to me they are trying to fill in the alphabit (at least for the english language). Just a hypothesis on my part, but could they be hurrying to push in a new line of ABC books, etc? For some reason I can almost forsee that happening.

For the record I'm not a fan of this species either. I think it has potential, but I'm not certain if I like certain parts. For instance I think hooves would have suited it better.

The plushie toy is cute though.

The plushie is cute. :P

I'm not overly fond of the new pet, but I don't really think it's horrible. It's grown on me.

At least we also got a book from the Advent Calendar now?

Aww, the plushie is cute... I could see an actual Plushie Ogrin pet color looking just like that. Pose and all. In fact, why didn't they do that and make today's prize a [insert color here] Ogrin Plushie instead? >.>

Oh well... the pet is really growing on me. It's such an oddball that I can't help but want to hug it. <3

I like the Plushie Ogrin Plushie. It gives us a nice clue to what the Plushie Ogrin will look like.

It was more like burp-roars, but I think, as a 'normal' 'human' male, it was great that we finally got a Skeith vs Grarrl belch-off. I think the Grarrl won :P

These gifts are interesting and all, but it's the 28th already and not a single codestone, real dubloon (there were chocolate ones), faerie, gourmet food, stamp, or petpet and we've only had one book. I love the neohome furniture, but what's with all the useless toys?

The breakdown so far is:

Total: book - 1, clothes - 5, food - 15, furniture - 12, gift - 2, special - 1, toys - 18

I get that toys are what you're supposed to get for the holidays, but come on now. It'd be nice if we got some more useful things.

come on now... we should be getting a petpet SOMEwhere in here, right? Maybe a new species? Usually they give away a new specie AND an old one... right? or something of the sort? Yeah.. the last two years its been the Feepit/Snowbunny and the White Ona/Snow Kookith!

Yeah, I know we shouldn't complain about free items, but I was really looking forward to more books, possibly a BD item or two (we have gotten decent ones before, like purple sticky hand and flaming oven gloves), and definitely one or two petpets! The plushie petpet pb was nice, and the snowglobes are pretty and all, but I like more useful items. Books and petpets are always my favorite advent items.

I wouldn't mind a stamp or a TCG card either. :)

yeah, my favorite item so far is the Taelia plushie. However, I was hoping for a petpet or 2.

Um... okay. The ogrin and current Advent Offerings aren't that bad. The plushie was adorable, and if the plushie ogrin looks like it, I'll consider it.

Today we had Chocolate Smore (what is a smore?) and a Grarrl Action Figure.

I can't remember how many neopoints. :P
