Totally spaced it:

Breakfast at Tiffany's. Fantastic. Audrey Hepburn is one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen, and BaT is just an odd, quirky little film.

Jim, out of curiousity, have you seen El Mariachi? I think maybe I liked it better than Desperado. But then again, it would seem that having to read subtitles makes movies seem better to me. Who knows.

Ive seen it a couple of times. I enjoyed it, but not quite as much as Desperado. It was fun spotting all the repeat actors though.

-Labyrinth (Migod, I just found out that neither of my friends had seen this movie...! I was always under the impression that Labyrinth was a every-child-has-to-see-this-at-least-once-in-its-life-or-DIE movie! Anyways, yes, every time a child doesn't watch Labyrinth a goblin DIES. So please, think of the goblins! ...Alright, I couldn't afford kittens, ok?)
-Lilo and Stitch (probably my favorite Disney movie...ever)
-Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (my favorite movie in general)
-The Emperor's New Groove (ties with Lilo and Stitch...very, very, very different from your normal sing-along Disney movie)
-Lord of the Rings (you'll go completely blind and babble in tongues for days afterwards, garunteed!)

It's a matter of taste but these would be things I would recommend:

Drop Dead Fred
The Shadow (based of the old radio show)
Valley Girl
Flowers In The Attic
The Harem
Moll Flanders

I've seen TONS of movies and can't remember half the titles of most of them. These stick out in my head.
