Weeeeeird people. V.strange too. Here's one of my experiences with the duuudes from hell!


~I put up a trade for my guild newbie pack, and labeled it 'NEWBIE PACK' v.clearly. Then some dude bids on it, who isn't in my guild.~

Me: Erm, that lot is for my guild, if you'd like to know...

The dude: R U ACCEPTING DEN?

Me: It's for my guild newbie pack. So no, sorry!

The dude: Then Reject it then GOD!


..the strange thing is..I -had- rejected it already. O.o

Wow, that reminds me of something that happened to me yesterday... ;

I put up my Split P/B in trades, and suddenly, this guy bid an Invisible P/B on it. So, knowing that Invisible P/Bs weren't worth as much as my split P/B, I rejected. Then, 5 minutes later I got a neomail from the guy that bidded saying, *and I quote* "r u gona accpet th ofer" O_o;

I usually sent dung to those type of people, very, very annoying they are.

Eeek! This sound so creepy...I hate people who type like this. Sometimes, I wonder if every player on Neopets are human beings...Maybe some are a bit *supernatural* :twisted:

If they send me neomails saying "OMG LYKE UR SO RICH CAN U SEND ME SUM ITEMS PLS!!!???@!!!!1111", I send them dung. They can't complain, since they asked me for items :twisted:

tehehe, thats a very good idea, i've gotten alot of that, just for having as grey petpet paint brush up in trades, its no good mentioing you can buy it off the shop wiz, and that mine was reserved for a friend, i still get 3 bids and neomails a day :? alot of begging ones, i'm off to stock up on dung now

Lol. Once I had some newbie ask if I could sell my Rohane plushie to her for 100k. Since I had paid 600k for it (and didn't want to sell it anyway), I kindly explained that it wasn't for sale and she should check the trading post for people who were selling. She then said that she'd offer to "help me out" on neopets, so that I could make a lot of money. :shock: Whatever.

In the past two days, I've gotten three from some really bold full-of-themselves users.

Yesterday, "you have 9 neggs in your shop, give me one." Not a please or I'm poor--not a beggar letter, but an outright demand.

Same boldness today--I had 10 spooky foods up for trade (actually I was transferring them to a secondary account)--each worth about 100-200. I got an offer of 59 nps so I let it rot. Then she wrote and said "Accept my trade now! I need it for my guild." "Sure, sweet thing, anything you say" as I hit the reject button.

But the best came last. To preface: My shopkeeper is the gelert wearing the cheap suit and tie --he looks like a used car salesman to me--so I played on that and, tongue-in-cheek, I made my shop into a kind of place where the slimy salesman comes up to you and tries to sell you the world-"The only place in town where the prices are so low, it's shameful. The deals are so darned hot, they're smoking!" Someone just wrote me and said, I quote: "I am sorry but when I went into your shop your prices weren't hot or low." Duh? Like I care? I mean, really, why the heck waste your time even writing? Obviously, some little snot with nothing better to do.
