The ray produces a giant flash of light, but Greg doesn't look any different. When it can't even climb the Multi-level Scratching Post you bought it, you realize that malfunctioning lab ray actually decreased its level to: 1

Yesterday it zapped mine into a Pile of Soot and I got the avatar, after days of level-ups.

But... nothing happens. It makes a kind of 'zzrrrppptttt' sound before shutting down completely. The creepy Kookith shoos you away and appears quite angry, so you hightail it out of there before he shoots some miniature laser beam at you or something.

Well, I haven't been able to play neopets in a long while (god knows what I've done wrong or what Macromedia did with the Flash 8 player, but no flash map will load. And yes, I have tried -everything-), but this has been what's happened over the last few days of the Petpet Lab Ray:

Me like, although it seems to have NO real relvance to anything else, since I can't sell it and I am going to continue zapping this petpet because my other two are avatar ones.
