Hehe...this isn'treally something I shouldn't like (I think) or anything I try to hide uch, but I find it kind of funny that since I usually listen solely to New Age and Country, I actually kinda lke My Chemical Romance (my friend got me hooked..)

And Pink! And the Goo Goo Dolls!

Mainly because I only listen to clean old country.

To be honest, my music tastes are a little... dated. On my MP3 player, there are so few bands that were around since I've been alive... Of the ones I like, the most embarassing are probably Bay City Rollers, John Denver, The Kinks and Whitney Houston.

Oh, and Crazy Frog

The Kinks are embarassing?

I said I'd never do it...but I caved in...I bought the Wicked Soundtrack.

Aha! I'm not the only one, my mom has been playing some Bay City Roller's songs lately and I'm hooked, I hum them daily, hey the songs are catchy ;)

Try saying that you like the Kinks to a bunch of judgmental 17 and 18 year olds.

Those judgmental 17 and 18 year olds need to be whacked by the good taste stick and be told what's good for them. And in this case, my perscription is a good dosage of the Kinks.

To be perfectly honest, I agree with you. I hate most of the stuff that most of me mates listen to, but you don't go around announcing "You're musics rubbish, mine is good. LISTEN TO IT" in order to (a) make friends or (b) keep ones spine intact.

To be honest, some of the stuff which I don't even consider old makes be a '60-year old grandmother', such as Simon and Garfunkel. And this isn't even looking outside the 'Normal Music' folder to the 'Classical', 'Musicals' and 'Disney' folders. :P
