I agree with you on idea that if you didn't move any you didn't get any points for it. Also that the more you move the more points you should get, but I think the amount of points should be based on a proportional idea, like how many piles of sand you moved out of the total possible for your timing, because the timing between handfuls was different for everyone...and wasn't neccessarily based on agility because I remember there being overlapping times with one person having a higher agility but a longer wait time than another...

Well, I didn't think that it was very fair that the people who are lovers and not fighters, and therefore didn't have high stats, couldn't do as much moving of sand as others. I was at it as much as humanly possible but only moved 10. If I lost points because of that, it isn't fair at all. But they seemed to address that issue later. I thought the rest of the plot was quite fair.

I understand what you are saying Craftdee ... but it works like that in the Battledome. If you have higher stats then you can battle more/longer with plot challengers.

As Quicksilver suggested, TNT may have a fairer way of scoring. It is hard to say and if TNT do not show us how the scores were achieved, we may never know.

I understand and accept that, about the battledome. But this wasn't the battledome.

I took it to mean Razul's disbelief that his own son could defeat him. Which I find equally questionable, since Jazan was weak from not eating for a long time after he let Nabile go back to Sakhmet.

We could very well take this Swiss Cheese Plot and race it down a hill! :roflol:

I am not bitter, though. I mean if the "ending" were any more exciting, it would seem to further lead us to believe it wasn't over. Either way the ending is "lame" to most so we are still in disbelief. I think points are being tallied, but I also remember an Editorial mentioned there would be more things to solve after the end of the plot, too, considering TNT has time now with all the rest of their projects? I am personally waiting for Lutari Island, the Lutari pet, and the long-awaited "3-D, rotatable" Neopia.

EDIT: I also do not like the new SDB set up. Seems *harder* to browse with only Next and Next and Next instead of [1-20] / etc. as before. :( (Maybe that is the next stage of the Plot: How to restore the Deposit Box.)

It was neater and easier to navigate before. I preferred the "items 1 through 10" thing. It wasn't broken and didn't need fixing.

Anyway, with the plot over, I will take my leave of this fine board. Thanks to everyone for all the generous and patient help! Bye!!

Nooo... I'm so sad. :( I was unable to finish the plot... I made some mistake in the repository on my 2nd crystal and I couldn't get back on track after that. I don't think I'll get very much for all my efforts... if anything at all -_-;

The Battledome did have some ties to this.
-sand moving
-Spirit into bottle
-beating Razul

Though this wasn't a war, the battledome still had a purpose ot the plot. ;) There are battlers who do puzzles too. I know I'm one.

The stone block part was too short. It opened while I was in class one day, and ended before my classes were done for the day. That is NOT the way to encourage people to go to class.

That's it? That's all? And the temple and everythings dead?

What a gip! All that work for a lame ending and no places to revisit? We spent all that time running around in the repository reading those scrolls for...for...that? Not fair, not fair at all.

<looking on postive side>Maybe TNT closed everything to make sure no one tries doing anything else for the puzzle, THEN they reopen tomb and stuff for fun afterwards.</looking on postive side>

At least Scordrax and Spirit-of-the-Ruins are still there in the Battledome, some of us can try to take out our frustrations on them.

Thanks for all your help with the plot, people!

Since Jazan did end up saving Neopia after all, we have updated his Gallery of Evil entry.

All they did was change the title of the entry to 'cursed Jazan'. That's gratitude for you! He saved your hides, people!

I don't think I need to add to the complaints already registered, nor point out the gaping holes in the ending.

Is this the standard of plots, normally? What about those of you who bought the darkest faerie on ps2 - surely that is better quality?

.......

dude

I honestly don't feel disappointed or happy or anything. I feel numb.
