Well, I paid for my greed and foolishness and spun the Wheel of Exitement. The pant devil stole my Mysterious scroll.

According to the neopian times, I just have to repeat the last step, but there is no crystal in the riddle trap. Do i have to start from the beginning of the crystal part? Has this happened to anyone else? Figures, I kept it safe all week and now at (maybe ) the last miniute, it's gone.

Suggestions? Help? Please? :battar:

Hmm, the order of the symbols on tablets is interesting.

I had 10 symbols, 6 of each. My order was

1 2 3 3
4 5 4 6
7 5 8 3
9 10 7 4

So, my first and second and third symbols were in order of the first 3 on the tablet. But the others had no correlation to the order they were shown and how they lined up correctly on the tablet.

The Symbols in your palette (ones you pick from when solving) are arranged in the order in which the symbols fit on your tablet. In other words, the first symbol is always the top left one on the tablet. The symbols can and often do repeat - but - for example the third one would not fit on your tablet for the first time before the second one showed up. Try it, you'll see. Makes solving even quicker. Credit to Quueu for this tip.

Mods, I think we have enough confirmation on this to ask that you consider adding it to the first post. I think it might be useful to those coming through this section of the plot.

Everconfused, yours fits this theory exactly. I think it's the repeating symbols that are confusing you.

I went to check my tablet to confirm that as well and I can't find the link anymore. Am I missing something?

i've heard that if you go back to the first trap (spike?), you can get the first crystal, then go the second, third, and so on till you get your last crystal without rereading any scrolls. once you get the last crystal, just go back to your mini sakhmet room and grab the scroll. i put my scroll in my sdb for safekeeping....i haven't heard of anyone having trouble with that yet, so i highly recommend it.

You can find your second tablet here. Although, you will need screenshots from when you were working on it to be able to see the order of the symbols at the bottom to confirm the theory.

I can confirm that that theory too, supRNurs. Probably should have said something earlier, but people seemed to be getting pretty confused at first.

After having been away and busy and etc, I finally got light into my crystal today and screen capped the colors. I put colored circles around the symbols of my tablet in the right order according to the crystal. Then I went to the entrance to the repository and checked out the yellow directory, since yellow was my first color. My symbols marked in yellow on the tablet was paw, flags, water and ankh. The first one of those appearing in the directory list is water ('How to Play the Viola').

So I went to the basment and located the 'How to Play the Viola' section. I looked at rack after rack until I found one that had a scroll with the water symbol in yellow on it. And I read it.

Now, do I need to locate the next section on my directory list (ankh, 'Ruki Population Surveys'), and search through the racks of scrolls there until I find the yellow ankh one and then etc? Or did I not understand things correctly? I just want a confirmation before I wear my poor pets paws out, trotting around the repository all day.

It didn't work :/ What on earth am I doing wrong? The only thing I can think of is that after reading all the yellow scrolls I needed, I went back to the entrance and checked the blue catalogue, then read all the blue scrolls I needed, went back to read the red catalogue and finish off the red scrolls. Should I have gone through all three catalogues first, in the right order, then gone out to read the relevant scrolls?

Going to the card catalogs first saves you some time, but shouldn't affect whether or not you can find your scrolls. It sounds like you are doing everything right. Only one question, when you say yellow was your first color, do you mean on your crystal or in the order of the card catalog racks? It should be the order of the dots on top of your crystal.

do you have screen shots of your completed tablet, lights, and card catalogues, if you do some of the good ppters can prolly help and confirm if yer reading the right order or what not or even the right scrolls/symbols

and have ya tried retlaking to the chef as well?

PLEASE HELP

I can't see the chapters of the plots. They just won't load. Tried in 2 different computers, but still the same problem. I scanned my PC and closed all the running processes - still won't load.

Someone, help...? o_O

reboot and clear yer cache and maybe try defraggin and scan disking perhaps that might help, no idea really hon I dont know if ya can view that in html as ya got to click things int he chapters

I would suggest that you try upgrading flash via the link on the site. If that doesn't work, turn off any adblockers, etc. and reload the page.
