The owner of Super_Spike who in my opinion has been the authority on the fishing hole since it first opened has claimed that using the Flash of Rainbow Fountain Water on his pet turned it glowing (possibly can change to a random colour?) and using the Irritable Genie-in-a-Bottle on the pet raised it three levels. Credit to neoitems too for bringing this up.

The items are fished by very high fishing level pets though the images were found ages ago. Here's hoping both counts are true! :D For the moment though remember this is unconfirmed by screenies.

Especially if the Flash flask is random, my guess would be that the Irritable Genie is likely to be as well.

Of course, since I haven't been very regular about my fishing, by the time I pull such things out of the underwater water we'll probably not only know what the possibilities are, but have had someone work out the percentage chances.

They're on the last thread, the urls have them as cardboard petpets, I trawled the neoboards yesterday *shudders* for info about them for my site.

So far they each have a temporary name, a temporary description, and like the starter pbs cannot be traded or sold. They can be put in galleries though if you want to look any up. And obviously they aren't activated yet so we can't completely tell whether they are petpets or items.

those first two paper petpets are in the latest Newbie packs, someone posted a screenie on the premium board of the items a newbie received last night when they joined.

Man, newbies get everything. We old players should get free stuff too, or at the very least get some sort of avatar for sticking around so long or something. The "I can't believe you're still here O_o" avatar.

Oooh, every year you are on the site you should get an Oldie Pack where you could get a mix of oldie things (pbs, weapons - no codestone meanie items) and newbie things (like the cardboard petpets) :D
