I think I've found a pattern to getting the correct redyellowblue sequence in order to get your white scroll locations (note: this is for people who have gotten their third crystal; if you haven't yet, ignore this post, it won't make sense). Figure out where each of the 3 scrolls is, then put them in the sequence that requires the maximum amount of distance to be travelled. In other words, if you've got red in the basement, blue on the first floor, and yellow on the fifth, your right sequence is probably either blueyellowred or redyellowblue.

I'm quite serious. Did anyone, ever, get a correct sequence in which travel distance was minimized?

Quite a few, auctually. Twice I had two that stayed in the basement, then went up a few floors.

I think you've just been unlucky. I had one going: Civil Records standard reference, Lapis room -> Uncategorized Archives, Group 5 -> Ruki population Surveys.

However the last two was the wavy line (can't remember the name), so when I found the right sequence for the first, it messed up and gave me the white scrolls place after I read the first scroll for the next sequence...

Did that make any sense ? o_O

(I'll try to clarify. I read the B, R and Y, got the location of the white read that. Read a blue and got the location (the same as before), read the white one again (without finding a new sequence og R, B and Y's). Did others experience this too...

Don't do that!!
You need to pick up from the last room message and secondary colored scroll that you read. Start with the symbol after that one. If you do not get a room message after reading the primary colored scrolls for that symbol, and you are absolutely certain you are reading them in the correct order and using the new card catalogs, then go back to the previous symbol. Just hang in there, you'll get it!

Just to clear up. Once i've read my 2 primary colours, i get a secondary location. i read that, the move onto next primary?

Yes. *nods* Only messages are after the primary sequence is done - you get a room message. There is no other confirmation until the very last scroll has been read and you get a clue.

Was just checking the comics again....... Chapter 11.... where Nabile says " Lets go back to the Library.We have to find a way to lift the curse and free both Jazan and Sakhmet." Do you think maybe that's where we should go next?

But which library?

Yeah, sorry, I have - the furthest would have been if it made me walk all the way up to 3 and then back down to the basement...

the one with the spinning yellow ben???

Edit: I read the Ben scroll in the library, nothing happened. Has anyone re-tried all their traps since getting their mysterious scroll? I am sure we have to wait for the next part, but in the mean time, the pattern has been read scrolls in the repository then go to the temple and find a trap, so... which traps haven't been used yet?

It changes for each symbol.
