What has been tried for the scroll so far (the one after 4th crystal)?

I have 5 minutes to my light.. and blowing up a side of that room

What I've done is going to my statue and trying to say all kind of things, but nothing has worked so far... Here's what I've already tried:

The ancient prince will make vanish the desert capital (my old prophecy)

I think there's not too many possibilities left anymore... then next one I'll try will be my own, but with a "." at the end, after that I'll be all out of ideas...

The fortune teller listens as you tell her the tale of finding the mystery scroll in the map room of the scroll repository. "Amazing! No wonder those architects were so tight-lipped about what they were building. Let met take a look at that scroll." You hand it to her. "Hmm... yes... I see... Ah ha! Of course! This is in an ancient dialect of Sakhmetian, and I think I recognize it. I believe it says... well, there's a lot of nonsense up front, but finally it says, 'The curse of Jazan will make Sakhmet disappear,' which is an awful lot like that prophecy you found before. But then it continues: 'Jazan must marry a true princess of Qasala to break the curse.' That explains why he wanted to marry Amira, but... she's not a Qasalan princess. Is she?" The fortune teller looks confused. "I wonder how we'll pull that off." She hands the scroll back to you.

I have a question.. might be due to my poor English though I was wondering if the scroll only said
'The curse of Jazan will make Sakhmet disappear,' & 'Jazan must marry a true princess of Qasala to break the curse.'?

The bit about Amira not being a true princess is added in by the fortune teller herself? How does she know that she's not a true princess? And what are we supposed to pull off? Let Jazan marry someone he loves?

Ok, I got my 3rd crystal, got the light, got the new card catalogs/directory

I know I have to do the 4 symbols from the tablet that weren't done before.
my symbols are FER, FER, SET and FER

Maybe I will save some time there. now do I have to make a different color combination with all the FER? Or keeping the same one will yield the good results?

I didn't have the luck of having doubles (let alone tripples) myself, but they will probably be in another order every time. But you'll already have the right coördinates, so that will make the job a lot easier.

from what i notice once a colour combination has been tried it's out,

Has anyone found a trick to finding the trap you're looking for? I lucked out with the spike and jelly, they were just the first two pentagons. Alas, the third, fourth, and fifth pentagons have not yielded my last door.

Has anyone found a trick to finding the trap you're looking for? I lucked out with the spike and jelly, they were just the first two pentagons. Alas, the third, fourth, and fifth pentagons have not yielded my last door.

I'm afraid it seems random.. I'm now mapping my traps until I find one of everyone at least

my colors combo did not repeat. Instead of always trying 3 new colors, I went to the three scrolls, if no message I went to the first one again. so if I tried YRB and didnt get it I went back to red making my new pattern RBY. I guess that is sort of like what someone else had posted. As I got a correct pattern I crossed it off the list. It really went very fast. My first and last patterns were correct on first try.

my sequences for getting the white scroll locations was COMPLETLY RANDOM

::sigh:: I'll likely follow this board but I don't think I'm gonna finish this plot, after getting the crystal stolen, I've been reset back to the beginning of the entire repository section of the plot

I lucked out on my traps - the first row of rooms - my first 7 doors produced the 7 different traps, sand, gas, water, jelly, spike, hyeroglyphs, and the crush

Sorry to bother ppl with my problems, this is just a vent....... I've now tried 15 doors in the temple without finding a puzzle room I've already missed two light shows and heading for the third. This part of the plot is abysmal.

So I read 16 scrolls? And should I get some kind of confirmation (in the beginning) this time?

it looks like people are having a different third crystal experience than i did.

I also was able to find ALL of my traps during the HOUR my light was one. (I have my mysterious scroll so i can verify this for the spikes jelly AND Puzzle.) i only went into my temple three times on the crystal runs. The part that i noticed was that a post SEVERAL pages back said that they looked all day and couldnt find their trap till they had light in their mini city.

Also THEORY possibility...could the fortune teller be giving us a clue...(how are we gonna pull that off)...like we are either supposed to trick jazan or maybe create a princess???

I went to the wishing well JUST to be sure and wished for a Qasalan princess.
