Refreshing too many times at one of the main shops.
Your SW banned, you get unbanned at the beginning of each hour, so, that'll be in a minute :)

Knocking on wood, I haven't been restock banned since they went to the new restock system. Has it been disabled?

I never knew there was a such thing as SW banned. Restock banned is just when items never appear in the shop, in case you've been wondering.

Yes, I'm aware that it should say Advance, not Color, but I didn't have a font close enough to Advance

Oh, they definitely did NOT disable that system. haha I've been banned about 5 times. :(

Yes there is, Mark here has been banned a couple of times if I am correct...

Out of curiousity, what is the amount of searches you can use on the wiz before you're SW banned?

I thought RS banned meant you're not allowed in a shop beause you've bought too much or something..... o_O
