Is the clue meant to be ambiguous particularly when there is no verb in "a gift horse in the mouth"

I am having a hard time find this one. There is a obvious answer but *arrg!* it doesn't match up in my art program. I get flusterated at clues where you ahve to see the graphic to understand it.

Edit: Found it. Thanks for the help! If you need another hint, I'd say "You'll smile if you think of color and not black and white." and they would reply "I never think of anything!"
