Meaning that you don't know if you read it r then y then o, or y then r then o?

I am so unbelievably confused right now, could someone PM or something so I could have someone to chat with about this?

So any time I have two primary colours that cancel each other out - I just ignore them completely along with the blanks when it comes to scroll reading? I have four cases of y/y, b/b, r/r, r/r when comparing the two light spectrum thingies.

if anyone has step by step screenies it would really help, I'm easily confused :S

yes, if you have 2 primary colors ... don't use that symbol. move on to the next.

Directions to the 3rd Crystal:
After obtaining the 2nd crystal light show, match the lights and tablet symbols as you did before. Drop the blanks and the colors that remain unchanged. You will be left with a list of 8 secondary color / symbol combinations. Secondary colors are: Orange = red + yellow; Purple = blue + red; Green = blue + yellow.

For each of these color / symbol combos, break them down into their primary colors. (Ex. Purple DJO = red djo + blue djo.) Look up these new combos on the new card catalog. You will read a pair of scrolls, (the red and blue djo's) and receive a room name clue after the second scroll. Go to that room and read the secondary color scroll (purple.) You must read the symbols in reverse tablet order. If you do not read the pair in the correct color order, you will not get a room message. If this happens, repeat the pair in the opposite order to continue.

You will not get a confirmation message, other than the room name. Upon completing this new sequence, you will get the new clue. Get to the temple and get jellied. As before, click on the jelly trap to receive the new crystal.

Thank you everyone, I haven't placed my second crystal yet, but I have been reading back and I believe that I know how to proceed now. It was as clear as mud. lol...

My question is, I have to guess at what color to read first? And if my next symbol has a differing set of colors still, I guess again? (correcting as needed) Will I finish with sucess by going through and redoing? Or will I have to go all the way through with no errors?

Morning all ... I read through the last thread and I kind of understand. But I'm old, I've come down with something so I'm a bit fuzzy. Please be patient with me, ok?

Here's what I think I'm supposed to do:

My crystal colors: RBY First scroll racks: RYB Second Racks: BYR

Do any of these colors mean anything in the order of reading?

So starting at the bottom I would read:



Now, would I read all the scrolls starting with the same color (like we did for the first crystal) following either the first crystal OR the new scroll rack? OR do we read the scrolls in this order starting with the second color, then the original color and in what order (1st crystal or new scroll rack) to get the next color?

Sorry to be so dense ... If this does work I'll put it on my petpage and give credit (so if someone else plans on doing this, please don't copy mine exactly, as I've seen). If this is right, Mods please feel free to add it to the first post I'm happy to share here!

wjhy cant they take dyslexics into consideration they aint makin this any easier -sigh-

Okay, just to clear it up in my head, if you read the scrolls in the wrong order and don't get the message about where to go next, is it necessary to start from the beginning again, or reread the pair of scrolls.

I scoured Anubis Toxicology reports for a Red Fer and couldn't find it..we are supposed to use the second (wet paint) version of our catalogue right?

Quick question.

Do you read the scrolls in the order of your crystal?
ie) Yellow scroll, red scroll, blue scroll? Repeat 3 more times?

Or do you read the scrolls in order of your crystal BUT all grouped together?
ie) all yellow scrolls, than all red scrolls, than all blue scrolls?

Hysterical, that's what I'm trying to find out. I don't relish having to read 24 scrolls to find out I've not read in the correct order - if there is an order to this part.
