Question for those of you that were able to get the 2nd crystal...

Had you clicked on other scrolls since doing your "sharp eye" sequence?

I got a spike trap but was unable to get the crystal. I just wondered if my theorizing/reading other scrolls had messed me up.

I just got spiked finally on Yellow ( Triangle)

clicked the skull and got my crystal.. went back and got the "Wet Paint" sign on my catalogs, all my catalogs are different than before as well.

Waiting now for my 9PM NST light...

Guess I may as well make my way up to that Mini City room ready.....hehe

after i got the clue, i did nothing else till this morning when i saw the next step. so i went looking for the spike trap (my 2nd door) and the link was clickable.

Egads! I hope not....I'll just die if I have to do that routine again!

No, I hadnt clicked on any other scrolls at all.... could be like reading the library scroll that corresponded to the fairie statue, the last scroll you read may have to be the last one when you got the "Sharpeye" message...

Well apparently there is some type of rhyme or reason to the type and/or color and/or shape of the door to get the spike trap. I entered into agreen house shaped saf..which was a spike trap, but no new crystal for me. Ill just keep on trying trap doors until I find another spike trap and hope for the best. Thanks for all the suggestions. I cant believe I am the only one who found a spike trap that doesnt work...any others out there, please let me know!!!

your first crystal will be gone once you found your 2nd crystal. my first crystal was in my inventory all the time

It is SO naughty intentionally clicking on temple doors. I have one chance to get it during my light hour of 6-7 and a 10 minute time frame at the end of the hour to try. Come on spike TRAP!

Do you have your original crystal in your inventory when you click the skull's eye socket?

deadlili - I guess we will have to keep trying. I had read other scrolls after my "sharp eye" message but I am sure many others did also, I mean geez, we were looking for the next clue. The spike trap door did have an SAF symbol which also happens to be my faerie symbol maybe that is the problem...Im going to wait my darn hour and try again, lets keep posting so maybe we can figure it out k?
