Thanks for the update Jojo - almost like I never slept.

For #4, last night I made a quick run through the old ones. Found these that might possibly be remotely related:
Round 441 - The Mysterious Statue
Round 440 - Fortune Teller Header
Round 437 - Scamander Background
Round 424 - Peopatra's Pet Pets shopkeeper
Round 423 - The Deep Catacombs
331 is the Maraquan statue, I'm almost certain, and should probably be excluded. 423 is most likely not related at all, but the title reminded me of the repo, in my sleep-deprived state.
So, the most obvious would be the Fortune Teller Header:

Which seems to say, "Do you see what I see?"
And my answer to that is "no." I see nothing in the new text and nothing in the source, other than the link to the well-worn swf with the spinning ben scroll.
Perhaps we should go on a scavenging spree all across Neopia, checking images... for MI, there were clues hidden in shopkeeper images in related shops...

nope, it ain't there! There has to be something! Go stand between the last scroll in the horiz. and the first scroll in the vertical. Worth a try.

i don't know... maybe we are over complicating this- though this whole thing has been as complicated as heck!

BUT, "a sharp eye holds the next step"- one of the tep scrolls could open a set of stairs in the repo? another secret stairway?

I like the yellow ben idea. Mayby we should go to the room that the yellow ben is in a read/reread that scroll?

other wild ideas:
The mini city's dome is like an eye an holds a crystal (no new clickables there, although there are the symbols on the back wall that may be hard to see).

Viewing my catalog rack through my crystal would yeild new colors for me (BRY over RBY = Purple, Purple and Yellow)

The spinning Ben scoll is hard to find (I had a yellow Ben in my card catalog and checked those scrolls without any luck)

I entered the new phrase in the fire faerie statue text area (no luck).

Is the chef's job for the rest of the plot to hand out useless crystals ( I have an Artisan Licensing Records, Yurbles on my card catalog... does everyone? - looking for something to do together)

It didnt take a sharp eye to notice the Rejected Marriage Proposals section, but i agree with others who say this might be useful

While finding my other card catalog scroll locations I noticed that there are more than one of each - usually 2 or 5, in one case 6 with 2 exact duplicates including scroll shape.

Also the second floor map 4,4 shows scroll rack, but I see a lamp there now.

Okay I am going to try it from every angle, Mr. Insane was just in my account and said there is no bug. I am apparently just inept at this XD I'll holler if I still can't find it later, I suppose.

HELP! Does anyone know where the "Central Index Hall South, Section Alpha" is? I checked all the maps listed on page 1 of this topic and this one is not listed .
