There are 16 color spots projected on the wall.
Flintstone posted part of the source in the last thread:

check out the "c=" arg, it has 16 positions for colors.

How did everyone get from the 4th to the 5th floor?

The map at the beginning is missing a row. That stair at the bottom left quadrant is open to the public.

I went back cause I wanted to double check my spaces and my light is gone, so it must be to do with time. I'm going to go watch Prison Break and check back later, but I can confirm from people I've talked to that there are definately 16 sections including spaces in the light code on the wall.

Put the code over your tablet and then read corresponding scrolls...So if you start blue and the first tablet symbol is Ahn, look at the blue catalog, at the Ahn symbol and then go to that section of the library. Now which of the scrolls to read after that ... Well possibly your faerie, or possibly all of them or the symbol that your table had. The possibilities are amazing. But I bet that something happens to make you realize you've picked the right scroll.

See ya in an hour.

Makes Sense that the URL in the source code matches
mine reads xbxryryxxbryrybb - x's being blanks - it matches the lights on the back wall perfectly

Ah, good catch! That should make it easier to line up colors and spaces without making a mistake.

So, 16... maybe it is the tablet. Though it seems very complicated. I wonder how the site is keeping all our info straight, since it's different for everyone.

I've assembled a list based on Cran's Theory applied to my unique Indiana Effect and my directory.

I will now try to find out where each scroll section is before traveling around to read all of them in order *sigh*

I did not get any repeat scrolls. I DID get repeat locations.

Maybe you'd be better off using your tablet, stamp, since there really are 16 spots on the side wall, not 15. Sigh.

The only problem with that is that your mapping a length 16 light code to a length 15 symbol code. What you've done won't work universally with everyone... which probably means it won't work...

(e) oop. Beaten to it

Lessee. I think 0,0 is the upper left corner (correct me if I'm wrong). SO row 13 is missing and the stairs up to 5 are row 16, column 7. (I think those are the coords.)

Go and work on something for five minutes and the theory changes *sigh*

Too bad I have to go go for a few hours. I'll be back!

Hi again, Ive doubled checked the only stair at the bottom left quadrant is the one in the map mentioned at the start of this thread, but its not accessible, there is furniture in the way.

How then do you get to the 5th floor?

Im totally stuck on the 4th, with no way to go up to the 5th, since furniture is blocking all accesses to those stairs

can anyone help me with this?

Thanks so much,

SS:)

Those aren't the names of scrolls, those are the names of rooms.

I agree, cranberry.

Here's my theory. The symbols in the room are generic for everyone, so they are not right. The 16 spaces should match up to your tablet. (The fortune teller does still tell us to take another look at it). Then, the color and the symbol will refer you to a certain section of the repository, based on the catalogs.

However, I believe you need more information as to which scroll to read in the different sections. (There are 7 colors and 5 scroll types as well, not just red blue and yellow).

And I'm still waiting for my light and indiana effect.
