I wasnt on at ALL last Halloween, so I missed all the treat bags and the sidebar. :( 3am EST isnt too hard for me to wait for, since I usually dont sleep until around 6am anyway. Hopefully it will be the same method as last year to get it, because I neeed it. I dont have any sidebars, and Ive hated that garish yellow since forever.

The current idea is you can only get to keep it as a random event if you refresh / Click a new page sometime between 11:59 and 12:00 tonight.

Im probably NOT going to be up at 3 AM IN THE MORNING trying to get it. TNT should make it a few times in the day for us. Thats just unfair how they do it.

I totally agree. the people in the other hemisphere have it bad too since they're all at school/work while we just have to stay awake until the wee hours of the morning
