Ive been reading all these posts, I just joined cause i have the same problem as above

I don't have symbols either. I tried leaving the repository and going back in, and going to the fortune teller. still no symbols.

Try using a different browser - mine wouldn't work in firefox or ie but I can see the symbols using opera

I doubt we have to read every scroll in our card catalog... it just seems odd that even if you find and read a matching one, you don't get any special message. I'm hoping there's a certain one we're supposed to find and read, and we'll get some kind of message that lets us know we're right.

I'm going to look for "Asparagus Recipes," because that's the only cooking-related one I have, and my original Ahn message was one about cooking. I'll let you know if anything happens.

Are the images of symbols the same for everyone?

I still can't get the symbols to show up on my card catalog .. this is rather annoying

your model city room symbols are the same as the other that was linked to about 2 pages ago... and i think they're in my city room as well

Thanks ^^ The crystal isn't actually being put in place maybe - you can do it even with the crystal in your sdb.

The symbols in the model room are the same for me too...and everyone, I assume, since it's a flash file... harder to randomise I think.

Just to update ... I have found 8 of the scrolls from my card catalog. So there will most likely actually be those color scrolls in those areas of the library.

Is anyone having trouble finding their scrolls? I'm looking for a yellow paw print (Asparagus Recipes), and I've searched the whole food section (soups, appetisers, and entrees) and can't find one.

i just tried the string of symbols in the City Room with the Nuria statue, and got sent out through the trapdoor... anyone want to try it with just the symbols on the far wall, and not the one on the left, too?

Okay, I've read through the whole thread and I'm inherently confused about what we're supposed to be doing right now @_@. People keep mentioning a card catalog, and I have no idea how to get one (if that makes sense) and where are these yellow, blue and red scroll racks? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
