Fortune Teller:

She calls out to you again as you turn to leave. "Oh, I heard that the scroll repository is now open for business. Just a bunch of scrolls, at first, can you believe that? How is anyone supposed to find anything? At least now they've put in a card catalog and signs on the rooms, so you know where you are!"

If you take the secret stairs on the th floor, now they actually take you to a room that has a model of a city (Sakhmet?). No idea what you can do their yet.

Could we have to read the scrolls from the catalog? Guessing that each catalog is different, could each scoll be the same for everyone? Are all the rooms the same for everyone too? Sorry for all the Qs, just throwing stuff out.

HEY! The first three scroll racks right across from the entrance are Blue, Yellow, and Red!!

edit: and that room is where the catalog is...now we know what the symbols mean, combined with the colours!

Remember how we originally had to give the repository guards a specific line that related to our symbol? It may be a similar thing here... like, if you're ahn, like me, you need to find a cooking scroll in the proper section. I dunno.

You can see the new room at the following link: http://images.neopets.com/desert/ldp/sr/mrflash/sr_mr_1a_5bbf68ff2b.swf

Also if you click on the dome at the center of the city the Useless Crystal goes to the top. This reminds me of Indiana Jones.

It looks like we will need to figure out what section of the repository everything is in...

for instance, I bet the chef will start saying ... "I want to make spooky lime custard appetizer ... go fetch the scroll for it"

So, you have to find the labeled room with the appetizer recipes on it ... and bring him the right scroll.

I haven't wandered around too much ... but the room names are interesting.

According to my yellow index, yellow teacup scrolls pertain to Rejected Marriage Proposals. Hmmmm.

That is a great idea. I'm making my way back to the catalog right now, but I'm going to read 'random' scrolls on the way. Doubt that will help, but I just want to see if something will happen.

The crystal has something to do with that small room, it goes into the top of the larger building. The three colors in the crystal now correspond to the colors of the three racks, my guess is reading the things in the racks activates the crystal by some means and then you need to go to that room.

Edit: if you click on the small slit on the top of the building, the crystal floats there.

does anyone else have doubled topics in their card catalogues? on my yellow rack, "Sakhmetian Archives, Room 113" is there twice, as is "Ruki Population Surveys." on the red rack, it's "Underwater Basket Weaving." on my blue rack, none repeat... so...

any ideas? or similarities?

Okay, this is what my index (the three coloured racks at the front of the entrance) looks like. Is yours the same?

Okay! Thanks to a pretty good short-term memory, the list on the catalogs are all rooms. Taking that into accout. We might have to read one/all the scrolls in the listed rooms. Since some rooms repeat, I lean to the find the scroll to read. Like has been suggested, we most likely have to read scrolls matching our symbol. Now to find the rooms in need to go to!

Edit: Thanks for the comparison Noteka2015. That helps a lot! We probably have to go to the room and read the matching scrolls to what is listed. Now, still hunting rooms.

Mine are all totally different. Sigh.

If we really were supposed to map all the scrolls so we could find one specific one... I will scream.
