For those topics one could describe as the forum equivalent of a twinkie. Word games, forum contests and giveaways are all the rage here.

The first bit was meant to be one person speaking and the second another who knows nothing about furbies...
Sorry to place my presence rather strongly in this game, where I might not be wanted, but uh, anyway. xD CD, your subtext only had one set of speech marks, implying that the words were spoken by one person only. Perhaps this is what caused the confusion?
I never included any Speech marks Liv. I didn't think properly about it. I was trying to get it in before the deadline. It was all my own fault and I accept that. (Now shush You're not in the game

Furby! *fade* A Furry Bee? Where?
I like it for its originality, but, to me, it sounds like it's quite awkward. Like previously mentioned by ther judges, Furby is always prinited on the signature. A good attempt at humour, but, not for me.
.:Requiem:.
Blue-eyed Beauty
Although you went for something different, when I read this subtext, it didn't seem like you were really describing the Furby. It has blue eyes, but it's not really a beauty. I follow the other judges in says 'cutie' may have been a better choice.
Ammer
Evil is the new cute.
It's quite a nice subtext, it seems to fit well, if not a tad unoriginal. Good job though.
Anoohilator
A cute bundle of DOOM!
I like this one, it seems quite fun, which Furby are supposed to be, and has the impact, with the capitalized DOOM. Good job.
Khristian
Cute.....*Fade out**Fade in*Just Met Evil.*Fade out*
I agree, the fade is well placed, to have the impact, and I like what you're saying. It is a nice subtext, well done.
matterbug
Bri-frightening up your day
This one is good, it's a smart subtext, which looks like a lot of thought has went into it. It's really individual, that's good, though it sounds a little awkward, I think you did a great job on this task.
pattypus
I could be your friend *fade* or I could be your foe
This is on the level for me, it's a solid subtext, but it's too unoriginal for me. It's okay, but doesn't rise above that realm.
the_dog_god
Fur me ? *squeal*
I love this one, it's a great pun, and even made me giggle a little. Excellent work.
VeraX
Not your average furry friend.
I'm going to agree with Dawn here, it's too similar, there isn't anything setting it apart from the others, and you could have anything 'not your average'.
Eliminate: CD, Requiem and VeraX

Oh, well blah. Don't use speech marks to illustrate your point, then. xD Liv gets confused. -shushes-

We have a tie between
VeraX and
pattypus. I will use a random number generator to break this tie. pattypus is assigned number 1 and VeraX is assigned number 2. The number that comes up is the person who will be eliminated.
2
VeraX, CD and Requiem cannont participate in the next round.
Round 6

Aw geez, I thought it would be Plattypus. Hasn't there already been a time when she was in a tie? Pfft, this sucks. Geez, IN all 3 subext games, I've been eliminated by fluke and bad luck. I thought it would be her for sure since she's almost gotten out once before. One time is luck, two times is fishy.
Good luck everyone who's still in.

It was a tie so we used a random number generator. It's just bad luck. Nothing fishy about that unless you're accusing Robert of fixing the competition which I sincerely hope you are not doing.

Are we allowed to ask what the set is of?
Cause it totally changes my subtext if it isn't what I think it is. The link says planetary, and the thing on the left looks like a planet, so I'm going for space- but I don't really know. Are you allowed to tell us?
If it is space-
"Streaking through space"

I think it may be of an aeroplane but I'm not sure.

Its more up to interpretation. The thing on the left is a space shuttle I think, and those are stars flying through the sky. But, if you think it looks like something else, go for it!

And if you describe what you are interpreting it as, that should be especially helpful.

Robert, perhaps another way of determining between a tie? I dont think the randomness is too fair, I think they should either both go, or both stay.

I agree with WIS, maybe, judges post who they would like to stay or go out of the two. That seems fairer, especially considering how far in we are.
