Can any restockers tell me where the Flishy petpet restocks? That's if it restocks anywhere.

I was looking up petpet rarities on the neopets site when I discovered the rarity of the Flishy is 101 yet I know of nowhere that gives it out as a prize and it certainly isn't painted. I know it was changed from rarity 70 to rarity 101 when it changed from the Mongmong to the Flishy though I don't know why.

And I also thought rarity 101 items didn't restock but the Flishy is a dirt cheap petpet so... I'm confused x) I searched the forum but to no avail, any help is hugely appreciated

Flishy doesn't restock. I'm not sure where it's obtained, but it's probably a regular prize from thus-and-such a game.

Yeah, I'm hoping someone will know what it's a prize for if it is... the Flishy is a Neopia Central petpet and I can't think of anywhere in Neopia Central that gives petpets as prizes. Except for the Vending Machine but that only gives out the Baby Space Fungus as far as I'm aware.
