Part of me was considering going in and exploring my temple for any changes.

Then I realized... I originally mapped my temple on paper, lots of paper. I had no idea what it was to be used for at the time so it was a MESS. But with enough patience, it was usable. Anyway, I've since mapped my sister's temple (in excel) and it works great! So I redid mine about a week and 1/2 ago. Point is... there was absolutely nothing new in my temple. No new doors, no new colors. My blanks spot is still blank. My hallways remain unchanged.

Reading that editorial makes me think there will be a new door with a new color, symbol or shape on it which will contain a special library or perhaps the amoury. Based on my experience it doesn't exist yet!

Anyone else want to give it a shot?

I mapped my temple as a WFW table . It's very tidy and it has ZERO blank spaces. Nada. Zilch. So I don't think TNT intends to do anything special with the blank spaces.

We've zoomed around the temple. We've raced around the scroll repository. I think the next task will be to map Qasala and then we'll have to find something there, or go from chamber to chamber battling zombies (if we're strong enough). Whatever it is, it will be revealed to us soon.

I highly doubt there would be a NEW library when we haven't used the three we already have.

Maybe they'll put in a bathroom? I got lost in there yesterday, and I couldn't find a bathroom

I didn't map at all and breezed through the whole thing.

2nd; the fortune teller: There is no known way to predict the future with any accuracy. Fortunately for her, this works with how she is set up, which is very poorly. Space-time is defined as a set of points (x,y,z,t). Even if we relativisticly transform space-time (x',y',z',t') while moving at a relativistic speed, u, time still will flow linearly to any observer, even if said observer is on the relativistic object. Therefore in this plane of existance, time flows in only one direction at speeds lower than c. Once a speed of c is reached, the whole system breaks down. In theory, you an object can move faster than c, still technologically impossible, than it could travel backwards through time. Without a technologic reality to move faster than c, the fortune teller is taking shots in the dark at best. Seeing how she has been less than productive in recent history, we can therefore conclude that her earlier accuracy may have been due to a set of informants. She could have easily have been in league with Donny the repairman in some sort of scheme. It would not be hard to imagine the foreman or Ruki elder being in league with them too, but more on them later. We have to remember that the foretune teller has just been very lucky until now, and everything she says needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

Edit: The magic arguement can be raised, but magic requires energy. Since energy is, for the most part, a particle property, she would need to use particles that can transverse time or use vast amounts of energy to bring particles moving faster than c to her. It is easier to believe she has note cards or is reading the spinning scroll. However she has truely made her 'predictions', she has done a good job and is vital to the plot.

Doesn't that ignore the possible existence of alternative dimensions that may be operating on a different time-frame to our own but conspiring to pass information. Perhaps her crystal ball is really an inter-dimensional cell phone?

Arg! I can't believe I didn't think of that, but I'm working on a 'alternate dimension' theory for later. You do have a great point though.

Edit: Just noticed this in Comic 4, Amira's Korbat party planner appears to be painted Royal.

Has anyone considered the possibility that we all have the same doors, just in different places? Or that the people with the same statue symbol have the same doors?

That would be interesting to see if that is possible, but we need to narrow the search. To any Djo statues with a gold pentagon door with the symbol Lat on top, did you get a silver rectangle with Saf on top as your first clue? Or if not, say what trap you get so we can compare.

Nefarious = Infamous by way of being extremely wicked. Is this TNT's way of torturing us and finally admitting so? We have already determined that the Phantom Orange Shirt Guy is nothing in this plot, yes?

This is interesting. I'm going through my map, sorting out which doors I have and which I don't. So far, I've found that I have all the blues, but no reds. Now I definitely think there's some pattern to which doors are there and which aren't.

Nevermind, I do have reds. I was just searching for the wrong thing. But I still have all the blues, that could be important.

3rd, Comic 3: On to alternate dimensions. That term is very misleading. A dimension is easily defined as a line. A dimension is either height, length, width, or time. Citing Twilight Zone and Simpsons, going to another dimension means either steping up to 3D (like Homer did) or to 4D (like Serling portrayed). To link this back to the plot, Jazan really moved Sakhmet to another plane of existance. Thanks to pop culture the term alternate dimension and plane of existance has become confused so no fault to anyone who misuses the term. I know I do. Jazan most likely moved the city to a plane of his chosing or some sort of subspace. Alternatively, he could be altering the perception of the light waves coming to the city. I have always believe that Jazan used some sort of energy or EM field to give the city the appearance of invisiblity and alter the light reality inside the city. I do note that Tomos played with sand near the city, but he could have still been outside of the city. Although I want to make technological arguements for Jazan's trick, I feel the magical reality is easier to believe. His spell could be using free energy from the environment to maintain itself thus causing the storms seen later in the comics.

To sum up: 'Alternate dimension' should probably read 'plane of existance,' and Jazan could have made the city 'disappear' as long as it is still in this plane.

Well they used to use that term a lot in the old Dragon Ball Z dub when someone "died" and went to heaven....(or was it "another dimension" I forget. ) The same concept applies since their heaven would be another plane of existance. I think though it's best to humor them on the use of the term, it's the association of the term in casual talk that we mix up those terms.

Besides, Neopets isn't rocket science and it sounds cooler in an evil way
