 Post subject: Account wrongfully frozen - what now?

Ok, I dunno who of you already read about what happened to me in the "Question regardind multiple accounts" board... Well, I got frozen for something somebody else did... I still hope to get my account back though.

Unfortunatly today my best friend on Neopets got frozen as well. They said she did cheat on flash games. Well, I know her really good and I know that she's not into computer stuff at all... She doesn't even know how that could be possible... She's quite good in one game, always in top10, mostly on #1. So I wonder if anybody reported her because they can't believe that somebody is that good. Well, I know she is, and she's an honest player! She practised months and she really IS that good.
She already replied that autoform - but does anybody of you know any email address she can write too? (She can't mail that guy I am mailing, because he's for a different language.)
If you don't want to post the email here - could somebody send me a message plz??? I still hope that there are some staff members who try to make a good job... (Not like the one who was this clever to freeze me... :( )

I'm not sure of any good email addresses of staff members who'll unfreeze your friend or you, but if you guys are desperate, try snail mailing.

Well, first of all I got unfrozen now. Thank god!!!! Somebody was accusing me of things I didn't do - and thank god they saw that the story this looser made up was a big fat lie! Cheers to the person who unfroze me! :hug:

However my friend is still frozen. (And no, the person who helped me can't help her.) I was actually asking for email addresses. I guess the snail mail from Europe to the States would take too much time... I really hope somebody can tell or mail me any email addresses of staff... The ones I used to know are all removed now. But I think filling out this autoform isn't really helping - I doubt that anybody saw the one I was sending in... Thx if somebody knows anything... :thinking:

Well you could snail mail TNT or just restart a new account. I lost the pass to my account bendigimon and I can't retrieve it since I was underage. :( Please don't talk about it to me, it really hurts.

Well thx for your suggestions. But she doesn't want to start all over again... She has gallery accounts and could use those too... It's not because of the NP's or items she lost with her account. It's her account, her pets, the trophies and moreover she's the guildleader of the guild I'm council in... She really needs THAT account back...

Ephemeride, first congratulations on what has to be one of the quickest unfreezings I've ever heard of!

I am sorry about your friend. I honestly don't know any direct emails to anyone who can help her. And usually, if someone does have and uses a direct email on a frozen account issue, they're sent an autoreply saying to use the autoform and wait for a reply from someone. Which we all know can take days, weeks, even months -- if a reply is given at all. This would probably be especially true in your friend's case - it's a different language, so any of the standard email addresses probably wouldn't work.

Thx! Well, yeah I can be lucky. Unlike so many others that were frozen being innocent - I got my account back!!!! :battar:

Yeah, I guess you are right about my friend... And this is so frustrating... I guess it WILL take months to get a reply I guess.
Right now I think it maybe was an autofreeze as I don't know if anybody ever achieved a score like the one my friend did. Still I know she doesn't cheat. She's kinda obsessed with that game, she practises since almost 8 months now... And she used to be on highscore list for about 5 months - most times on top... And all of a sudden she gets frozen... :( I mean what do you learn out of this?! Don't ever try to be good at games!!!! :cry:


On the other hand I have a friend that got scammed and frozen (it was all her fault though), she got her account back after 3 days of being frozen! That was even quicker than me... And she used the autoform!!!! :roll:

Same, I lost the account where I was guild council, where I had the lab, where was the ultimate battledomer, where.......I had a retired trophy: The Krawk Cup. I also had a Hypno Helmet! :cry:
