I would love to have gotten the equations to the furniture. I think your decreasing number of 'movable' items theory is very sound. It makes sense with the fewer number of furniture than blocks. It would easily take more blocks than furniture to actually make the furniture. That is just common practice. Well, it is for people that are all thumbs like me.

No problem. I would like to have seen it to, but you know much more than I about that kind of math!

Thanks for the thumbs up. :) I only wonder if it will carry over to scrolls. It seems we should be able to fit more than one scroll on a rack but, there were only 891 racks. Almost seems like TNT is weaning us down. o_O

Good luck with the homework. *shudders at the thought*

You do not have the "right" to be angry. If you were their boss and had direct evidence of these missed deadlines, then go ahead and be irate. But you are just one of many players on a site that is provided to you free of charge.

Actually, yes, I do have a right to be angry. I provide clicks for their sponsors. I purchase merchandise from plushies to the magazine. Oh, and I'm an American, which means I have the right to be angry with whatever I want. Same as you have the right to be happy with whatever you want. Please don't tell me what I have a right to do or don't do, as I will never do that to you or anyone. Thanks.

The implication is crystal clear right here:

TNT is made up of paid employees. This isn't just a volunteer site. The people working on Neopets make a living from it.

But TNT is HORRIBLE with deadlines. Now, I don't know about you, but if I missed my deadline, or didn't complete what I had been assigned, I would be fired.

Bad employees get fired.

That's twisting what I said. I'm talking about TNT as a whole vs me as an individual person. What I'm stating here is that TNT gets away with things that would get other people fired if they did it.

Sometimes people forget that we are not all in the same time zone -
September is school holidays here in Australia.

It would be hard to find any particular month that didn't have some special meaning for different countries.

That is why this plot was going to be better, TNT were staggering the clues to include different time zones. But now that they have stalled on the plot, it is going to be a free-for-all on the next clue. Who ever is online will get the points.

I'm not here to argue pointless semantics. I really have much more important things to do. It was my opinion, and nothing more. When I see false entitlement it just peeves me off and I feel the need to comment.

By all means, fling as much anger towards TNT as you wish.

I say we just agree to disagree rather than say who is right or wrong.

Simple enough solution. Don't like how the plot is going? Don't participate. More for us.

This is their plot, play by their rules. Now you made me sound like a Playstation slogan

ok ok people just because we are all angry at the fact its taking so long doesn't mean we have to go against eachother! We have to understand that tnt right now is backed up on a lot of things. couple of days without nothing isn't too bad...this is my first plot i have worked on and i like the fact that they are trying to get more people on it and be able to catch up. if they didn't this one would be on my unfinished list of plots...

I just think they might be stretching it out to give people a chance to catch up with the tablets and stuff.

Hey, I guess that evil foreman's either got a soft side, he just doesn't want anyone to know about. See? All that bludgeoning was just an act. He's a very sensitive guy when there aren't any structural engineers around to worry him about pyramid excavation collapse.

He's moonlighting as the interior decorator!

<The post I was replying to has been snipped, out of respect for the author. Apparently it was deleted by her while I was replying.>

The biggest upset I remember about the MI plot was that those who had worked and worked on it all the way through, missed out almost entirely on the rewards if they didn't happen to be online right at the very end. Partly because of the way it was released, and partly due to the answer simply being giving away on the chat boards and forums.

I had the feeling that part of the reason for TNT spacing things out like they've done, and individualizing certain elements the way they have, was to prevent that from happening again. But I could be wrong.

I think it is a little frustrating to work in a mad rush to solve things when they are released, only to sit and wait while watching others come along and simply follow what you've figured out for them. But it seems from the way Donna described the rewards in the editorial, that they are also trying to allow for that and see that those that finish certain tasks first will receive a greater reward. I'm ok with that and only hope to be online when things are first released as often as I can.

As far as the other debate, regarding whether or not TNT is over their deadlines, well, honestly we have no idea when or what those deadlines are / were. I can only imagine how hard it must be to come up with something that people of all ages, from different countries and cultures and time zones will think is fair.

I do know that there was a clue released during the MI plot that nobody found. They actually had to come back and give us additional hints for us to be able to find it. So, maybe it would be better to make absolutely certain that we are not failing to find the clue, before we accuse them of not putting it out there. Although either is possible.

Edit: Eeep! It seems my post disappeared as well! I hope it's ok to post my edit now.

Okay! Kess' post vs Elric's post. Who has the best commentary?

Vote goes to Elric since the Lost Desert doesn't have electricity to power the lights or DVD... although ancient batteries from Babylon have been found so that seems at least a little more probable. If the foreman does get a DVD player, we would really have to jump him and take his stuff.

PS: I agree with redridnhood. We should really stop fighting internally and start fighting all external threats. Victory to the PPT!

Edit: I feel that I didn't give Kess enough credit for the good pic, but somehow Elric always pulls something like smilies. Both are great pic editors.

 Kess! Reminds me of Ty Pennington (sp?)

Wow. I thought there was about to be an all out battle. I understand both sides point of view but slandering it through the posts here is just going to cause an uproar and turn members against each other. I am sure if there was an unintentional delay as there has been before they would have posted it on the news informing us of such an occurance as I've said they have done before. It's easy to take things the wrong way on here I know I've done it myself dozens of times. How about we all just get along and delve into our paint progams and take our plot frustrations out on parody images to give all a laugh. :)

Pretty please?
