Hi guys. I just received a mail from TNT. It's a Neomail meaning In-Game mail. Here it goes:

Hi (my user),

You have been referred by (someone i do not know at all) to be one of the few Neopets users with an opportunity to join the beta test for the Neopets Premium Web Pack.
The expanded beta test is only open to users referred by existing Neopets Premium Web Pack members, and will only be open for a limited time.
If you decide to continue to the service after your 15 day free trial, (that guy) will be granted a special Neopets reward.

Any idea what this is all about?

It says "Sorry. You have to be referred by a Portal user to see this page!"

Yes, but if someone referred you by accident, then they might be depending on that referral for a prize. You should ask them first before you sign up for the trial, especially if you don't intend to pay for Premium.
