Things you did when you were a newbie

Actually ...I don't think I did anything that could qualify as "stupid".

Mainly because I didn't have a shop, so no mispricing, and the only thing I did to earn NP was play games.

Well, lessee. I was a Newbie back in the good o' days of non-flash games... there were like, ten when I joined, including the long-tie classic Hide and Seek... I don't think I did anything stupid, really, but then it was hard to.

Same for me. Hard to do anything stupid when there's nothing stupid to do. ^_-

But as a non-newbie last year, I got all of my accounts frozen because (being used to have 2 separate T-1 connections in my old apartment) my husband and I played as we always had when we started using cable broadband with a router at our new apartment. Thankfully, we got back all the accounts after a few weeks. ^_^v

What are some of the silly things you did when you were newbie? I remember the stupidest thing I did was pricing my shop items accordin to the estimated price (seen in the window which pops up when you click on the item). And I was wondering why my items never sold...

I did that too. I also posted those things in the trading post about "Post this message 5 times then go to the Faerie Bookshop and you'll find a paintbrush" thing. I stopped once I got a warning from TNT.

Same here for the pricing things. I STILL do the same things i did when I was a newbie. Even though I 've been there for 2 years(It's a lot for me)!!! I now also know that "post this message" thing doesn't work...

Back when I was a newbie and had other accounts I can't recall the name I sold a codestone for 1 np and actually believed in the copy paste scam and some others. I also lost about 100K ( at the time it was a lot ) because of changing my password.

Probably I've done more mistakes but I can't remember them now

Let's see..where to start:P

I think at one point I had around 13 accounts and I'd do all the dailies and advent calendar and send it all to my main account Almost all of those accounts are gone now lol

I sold a Split Paint Brush for 5000np, I thought that was a lot, goto the shop wizard, freak out and by the time I got back to my shop it was gone lol.

I think I even tried a scam, didn't go through with it but still *smacks self*

So glad I've smartened up

Won a Magical Purple Poogle toy from Poogle solitaire, used it on my shoyru and freaked out
And used to buy everything from auctions because I didn't know the shop wiz and couldn't find cheap stuff in the shops.
I also created a white grundo by mistake at the space station.
