Heh, so, um, i was bored drawing the same old neopets everyday, so ive been looking for new things to draw like Power ranger things, ninja turtles, transformers..... yugioh... and i just drew an Ikkakumon from Digimon.... and gave it a cool background to match.... i didnt spend TONS of time on it, but i just wanted to try something different, and it did turn out pretty cool.... whaddya think? Its certainly something different for me!



i'm aware that there are "official" pictures out there that look a lot like this one.... and no, i didnt just color in a coloring page or something.... I had recollection of what my favorite digimon looked like... so i copied a pose.... i didnt trace, I copied.... everything there is drawn free hand... so it DID take some work to get cool furr and that mouth correct and stuff.... but i needed something to reference from, thats why it looks like some other pictures.

OMG! Ikakkumon! I haven't digimon in ages. I think it looks great in the roginal pose, TWW. I'm glad you did it that way, and only wanyone who didn't know jack about you would ever accuse you of tracing, stealing, etc.

I'm actually starting to really get your style, and I think you can really see it in the coloring here, particularly the shading. It all fits together really well. It works. I love it!

yeah, i looked all over for a cool digimon to draw, mostly the cool "digi egg" ones from the tamers season, but i totally forgot the basic cool digimon, and POOF there it was! And im like "HEY! Ikkakumon! I remember YOU!" Im getting used to me coloring like this too.... thats my problem.... when i draw things for my friends, or i want to show off, i dont know if i should draw in this style... (what i call "TWW" style)

which i call TNT style... i like doing both..... im actually recoloring Ikkakumon TNT style right now

Nice, I look forward to seeing that colouring of it. Ikkakumon was one cool digimon, but he didn't get enough love. The colouring and shading is really quite nice. ^^

Nice. I know next to nothing about Digimon, but that looks great. I'd want to pet it, but I would probably pull back a bloody nub.

Commenting art-wise, I like how you have the black outline and then the white around that. It makes it stand out more, I guess. I don't really see much you'd need to change or fix. There is a little pixelation going on in the pink and red, but I think that pretty much happens to everyone, from what I hear, red and pink colors do that sometimes, and it can't be helped sometimes.
