I have a few questions about restocking... Isn't there a way to remove the "are you sure" pop-up after clicking on an item? And is there a way to know when the restock occurs?

I'm not sure about the pop-up, but I know that restocks always start exactly on the minute. After that, the minutes they restock are random. Sometimes it won't restock for half an hour, then it will restock three times in 5 minutes.

Well, it might not be EXACTLY at :00 but if you start refreshing at :00 or :01 you should catch the start of a RS.

That can really cut down the number of refreshes you make, which then doesn't get you RS banned as fast :)

Don't bother resetting your clock - just have a window of IE or Netscape open and on the Neopets home page. There's a clock in the top right corner that you can look at, and it displays the seconds.

Also, yes, it does restock on the zero-second mark. I recommend refreshing the potions shop or the toy shop first, since they're the first to restock.

Also, don't worry about the popup...as soon as you click on an item, just hit the space key on your keyboard. That'll automatically hit OK, and should send you to the haggle screen. If you get enough practice, you'll be able to click the item and hit space in under a quarter-second.

Wow! I remmeber back in the day when they had preset restock times...Never knew they did it at the 00 mark!

There is no way to remove the pop up that asks you to confirm your desicion to buy the item.

A Nifty Trick that helps me to get past that fast:

In your control settings go to "Mouse Settings". In the mouse settings there should be a tab/section called the Pointer Options. Enable "Snap to". This automatically pulls the pointer to the "OK" button when you click a item. :)

Actually, there IS a way to get rid of the popup...but you shouldn't do it, because I'm sure that the neopets server watches for people who click through in the wrong order.

There IS a way I believe, but I don't advise it, Neopets probalby watches for programs such as abs
