Maybe it is and maybe if you dig and keep 1 pile of sand you get a key ring and 10 = a T-shirt and so on until you get to the top prizes?

EDIT: I only have 9 piles of sand, so not even a T-shirt yet lol

I hope the faster pets carry most of the sand out because I'm lazy. :P If the prizes are tied to piles of sand and you trade them in for prizes, then collecting sand piles might not be such a bad idea - but not if it's only linked to how many piles you carry out instead of how many piles you have in your possession. That would limit the better prizes to the people with higher stat pets so I wouldn't think they'd do it that way since they already get a better shot at the random prizes you get with the sand. Maybe your pet has to bring a certain # of piles out before you can enter, thus giving some people a head start?

I like pie.

Hey, is anyone keeping track of the pictures? I wonder if the pictures changes, especially since the name looks like it will [sr1_sand_1d3d5.gif].

Here is the one I took right now. Anyone else have an earlier one?

Hmm...the Suppository continues...

I think it'd be neat if there was a Sand Carrier level on your pet lookup like there is a fishing level. :)

One more thing...

If the Repository is being built, then why are we digging it out? o_O

Elric, Looks exactly the same as the posted one on Maraqua.net

Let's see if it changes but I think it's going to take the full weekend before a new pic is uploaded.

Because it's being built by an underground colony of desert sand moles. Duh. :P

I think the lenny conundrums explain it best:

Quote:
With all of these ancient scrolls being discovered around the Lost Desert, the city of Sakhmet needs to build a place to store them all and keep them safe! It has been determined by city engineers and architects that a huge stone pyramid, painted gold, would be a fitting storehouse for such treasures of knowledge!

Quote:
Shortly after the Scroll Repository pyramid was completed (see the previous Lenny Conundrum), a huge sandstorm swept through the Lost Desert, partially burying the pyramid. In fact, exactly 58% of the surface area of the freshly-painted pyramid was obscured by sand.

 It was told out on a LC, it was buried by a sandstorm before being finished. I made an equation to calculate the surface of the pyramid bassed on the number of exposed levels, but the last calculation enabling me to get the depth of the sand had a mistake and didn't post a correct solution to that LC.

Still expecting to get another chance at the Depository.
