What, "orgy"? Within the context of a name, I wouldn't think it too offensive for ppt, neopets, or anywhere really. Actually, I wouldn't expect it to be too offensive either way. It doesn't always mean what you're thinking, either. It can also be for VIOLENCE! Yay, violence!

Indeed you are correct, but we are talking about Neopets after all. If the word 'suck' (and 8 million other words...) is prohibited despite many definitions, I didnt think they'd take lightly to my username. Better safe than sorry, in the long run.

Actually, I've seen people use the word suck on the Neoboards and nobody has gotten frozen for it. They must of un-banned it. :O

They also allow 2 words that most people would consider swear words. They aren't too bad, but not exactly appropriate for smaller kids, though. o_O

I will never take the risk of playing Neopets with a name more offensive than lord_nword... EVER.

I'd seriously change accounts for good given the choice again.

Neopets is strange with that word. I distinctly remember it being banned, then about two months ago I was able to get it through in a post, and thought 'hey cool.' Then maybe a week later I tried, and wasnt allowed :/ Guess the ban has been lifted :)
Still 'suck' is only one of many words that were/are banned for crazy reasons. Sometimes Im not sure why my words are blocked. I assume for some obscure combination of letters that look like Im trying to elude the filters or something.

Besides, people must get some perverse pleasure out of taking things the wrong way on that site.

Little kids shouldn't be on the bloody forums in any case.

Think I know what words you mean. But they're not really swears to me, so I don't know. But I could be wrong :/

A good rule of thumb would be, would you want your 8-year-old cousin to google the word? Even though I don't find it offensive, I'd say the word would be a problem to TNT. The fact is, kids DO use the site. I was reading at the 4th grade level by the time I started Kindergarten, so there's certainly some young ones out there who can read and understand more than enough. If they went to Mommy and asked, "What's **** mean?", their parents would possibly ban them from Neopets. If they went off and googled the term, they're highly likely to get sites that could mindscar them and/or twist their view of what's normal.

I'd make an attempt at transferring my pets and items using Firefox in one window logged into one account and IE in another window logged into the other account. I wouldn't take the chance at TNT freezing my account. I'd rather take my chances first with transfering pets, even with the auto-adopters out there. If you do it very quickly, it's unlikely that you'll lose one. I had no success with an account appeal a long while back (my stupid cousin used my account and got me frozen by trolling, so I now log off every time), so I'm not exactly optimistic about that sort of thing.

Just my two cents.
