wait just one last thing from me, there is a blue acara named Chesterpot, (the only professor that I can find on the site, who was mentioned in an earlier post) it is 500+ days old and its name doesnt really fit the nameing scheme that its owner soasponge(who appears to be inactive) uses. It is probably nothing but I figured I would throw it out there for someone better aquainted with codeing to look in on.

Hmm, interesting, could relate, you never know :D

Forgive me if it's been asked/answered...

We've established that everyone has same 3 libraries and each person's libraries hold the same scrolls. But is each person's scrolls the same color in a given room.

For example.... My statue is in a RED rectangle room with a TEP. The Rep scroll is in the river library and in this case, the TEP scroll has a red seal. Does everyone have a red seal on their TEP scroll? Does everyone's scroll match the color of their statue door?

Good news is I understood the scroll, now if only I could understand my question!! LOL

EDIT: Thanks, sorry about the typo's! Bad handwriting!

I do believe that all of the scrolls are the same color for everyone and if the scroll matches the door to your statue that it is just coincidence and not anything important.

I'm pretty sure everybody has exactly the same images in their libraries. Somebody posted the urls at some point. What symbol is Rep? That's not one I have listed, are you sure you read it right?

Here's a question, though: If you look at the chart of scrolls/symbols, there are three different templates used for the scrolls, four of each. Do you think that has any significance, or did they just do that to make it less repetitive? (I'm leaning toward the second theory myself, but thought I'd throw it out there.)

this is a kind of stupid question but here it is: i never found the library but i found the statue (i found a trap, came back later and clicked a random do) and it says to speak the prophecy , i dont have the time to read every post but can someone summarize what this means and where can i find the library?
also the first time i went to the fortune teller she said what she should have said after the statue not before, and for some reason i started with 4 signs on my tablet (which i started out with).

Someday we'll look back at this, laugh nervously, and change the subject.

Very funny scotty, now beam down my clothes.

That would be your faerie statue. No one seems to know what that is quite for yet. Although, if you happen to find the library with a scroll that corresponds to the symbol on the statue, you will "understand" the scroll versus just "reading" it. Again, not sure if there is any significance between the two words. As for the prophecy, that has yet to be figured out. Probably have to wait for Chapter 4 for further clues.

As for your libraries (3 of them), keep searching. All anyone can really suggest is start making a map and systematically going through each passageway until you've mapped everything.

I very nearly thought I had stumbled across something ... my heart started racing as fast as it had for awhile.

I was checking the source code in a shop in the Lost Desert. I was thinking ... if I were a professor of ancient languages ... where would I hang out?

Well, the bookstore that sold lots of scrolls, of course.

So, I was looking at the source code there, when I come across the line in the source code that says ...

Code:
<b>NEOPETS HINT</b>
</td></tr>

And I was like YIPPEE! BUT ... :x :( :x :(

It is just the code for the little box in the bottom that has the "helpful hint" DOH! I thought I was onto something. *laugh*

Oh well ... just had to share the fun with you all. It means nothing ... just a little humor. :)

Good try. Been checking out random Source files myself. I keep wondering, Neopets is kinda kids game. How do they expect kids to be checking source files... ugh.. ...though, something tells me that we'll find it in a source file judging how difficult some of the other clues have been.

Since everyone is all about source codes, have any of you checked the Neopedia? Sure all the Lost Desert info is out of date or relates to the last Lost Desert plots, but there could be something in there.
