If you click on the pet spotlight in the NF it is part URL and HTML ... what email do i report this to?

nothing. reporting it will only draw attention to you. i don't think they will give a reward.

I don't think he was looking for a reward... I know they were doing some work on the petpages, though. I'd send a bug report, go to the "help" section, and you'll see the link.

petpages are down, I tried just going to my own petpage and got that weird database/system admin error page.

For me, it thought i was logged out, then wouldn't let me log in because I didn't exist (this was at http://petpages.neopets.com/login.phtml, not the normal place).

Sending in bug reports doesn't draw attention to you. ANyone who says they got frozen because of something like that is lying.

I have sent hundreds of bug reports and never been frozen

They should reward people for pointing out bugs.
Maybe only the first 5 people who do so though, otherwise someone would mention it to their friends, and their friends friends until TNT rewards everyone
