ooh hope they don't make us do neoquest. I have finished neoquest 2 and almost to the end of neoquest 1. They are just way to boring to have to start over again.

I read a scroll around 2 hours ago and am still locked out. My guess would be that it's still the 12 hours.

I figured as much, but I have nothing else to do. Besides, it gives me an excuse to play more Neopets while I wait.

If you look at the accompanying text with each of the three scrolls that have so far been found in Random Events they match with places we had to go to find the parchments! Ie:

Desert Tent Zoning Regulations
Here you can look ages into the past

- Pyramids

Decorating w/ Sand
Here you might never be heard from again.

- Fetch

Edible Desert Foliage
Here you can take a cool drink.

- Wishing Well

Don't forget the Lenny Connundrum one!
Pyramid Painting Vol. 7: Faux Finishes
Here you can create a stunning exterior fit for an ancient scroll repository.

Hmm, I wonder what that means... ;)

Well I tried questioning Neopet version 2 and he didn't say anything useful. :P

Just tossing it out there.

I'm having trouble finding my stone fragment... I have the map from pyramids, but what do the dots mean?

Ok, random question that probably has nothing to do with anything...

I've been looking at a few other people's maps, and noticed that their rooms didn't seem to form very long series - six at most. I have a series of 15 and another of 11. (I'm using series to mean rooms connected to each other by right/left arrows.)

For those who have done maps - what's your biggest series?

Edit: Zega, use the column on the parchment that corresponds to the number that the parchment is. This is your first one, so use the column with one dot.

My biggest is 7, but my sister had 12 at the temple entrance and some other big ones. She got plenty annoyed mapping that out.

I'm pretty sure it's just random. After all, they did have to make everyone's different, so some people are going to randomly get long stretches, and others aren't.

My longest series is 10

my biggest is 8 rooms long. *shrug*

Tue Sep 13, 2005 2:01 am

My longest is 6 but I have quite a few that only have 1 room.

Tue Sep 13, 2005 2:05 am

My longest was 11. Everything else wasn't nearly as long. :)

Phew...just finished mapping. ^_^

My longest is 8, and it's the entrance hall.

Tue Sep 13, 2005 2:09 am

Mine was 6, and only one of those....the majority were one room hallways. my sister, however, has a halway of 18! And one with 15. she ended up w/ only 30 hallways, while I had 39.

Also, I was wondering.....you know how Eqyptians used to read lengthwise w/ their symbols instead of horizontally? What if it's the same for our tablets?

Well actually I didn't get the item, I just walked back and forth for 60 paces and I got it.
